Step 2: Say to the children: “Open your books.” Display your copy of the page. Read the words slowly, pointing to each word as you say it. Substitute two of the children’s English names for the underlined names in the text. Student book page 18:
Step 3: Listen and number: listen to the radio .then repeat it play the tape. Touch the correct picture as you hear the words. can understand and repeat
Explain that you want them to write the number of the sentence in the box beside each picture as they listen to the tape.
