教材分析：
本单元围绕“教育交流”的话题展开。【Reading】板块是一篇有关国际教育交流项目的报刊文章。【Listening】板块是一段北京新华初级中学的带队老师向学生讲解赴英语伦敦参加教育交流活动的注意事项，训练学生捕捉关键信息笔记的基本技能。【Grammar】板块由两部分组成。A
部分介绍了现在完成时的用法，B部分介绍了现在完成时中常用的副词already,
yet,ever,
和never的用法。【Speaking】讲述降调朗读和Alice在伦敦参加教育交流经历。【Writing】板块要求学生假设自己是去伦敦参加教育交流活动的学生之一，根据提示，完成一篇教育交流活动报告。【More
Practice】板块是主阅读篇章的延续。根据各版块的链接和分析，本单元重点语法知识点是现在完成时，老师教授过程中，要不断巩固现在完成时的练习和运用。
学情分析：
教育交流这个话题对于学生来说是个比较“时尚”的话题，很多学生对这方面的知识都比较感兴趣，学生们对异国文化的探索欲还是很强的，所以我们就以此为线索，普及异国文化背景，把重难点糅合于教学中。初二（5）班的学生课堂反应总体上比较活跃，但是他们课后很懒，缺乏温故知新的习惯，所以课堂40分钟非常重要，要不断练习和巩固重难点学生才能掌握。另外班情两级分化较严重，所以在平时英语课堂中要采取小组合作形式，让他们互帮互助，共同进步。班上部分同学会说不会写，也有部分同学会写不愿说，所以此次课堂设置既要说，锻炼口语，也要写，锻炼文笔。希望多方面形式相结合可以增加他们学习英语的兴趣和提高英语学习能力。
教学目标【核心素养】
语言知识技能：通过口头和笔头练习，练习现在完成时的结构和三种基本句型。
学习能力：能根据提示词完成句子；能够运用现在完成时来描述具体事例；能通过小组合作完成相应任务。
思维能力：通过学习，能理解具体的语境；能发散思维想知识点；能展开想象，学以致用。
文化意识：加深对中国文化和异国文化的认知和理解。
四、
教学方法和策略：
（1）
多媒体辅助法：通过录音、视频、ppt等多种教学手段辅助教学开展。（2）小组合作讨论法：全班分为6个小组，以举“不同国家国旗”和小组讨论等形式展开学习。（3）情景教学法：以外国友人和tfboys为两大主线设定具体情景，让学生展开想象并讨论，最后完成一篇教育交流篇章都是以情景教学法展开。

教学重点和难点：
重点：现在完成的三种基本句式结构和现在完成时的具体运用
难点：学生能根据提示语完成句子和完成教育交流报告。
