教学目标：
1、知识目标：学生能读懂所选的文章，理解文章中的语篇知识，并能以所阅读
的文章为例，写一篇以如何保持健康为题的演讲稿。
2、能力目标：
以语篇知识为连接读与写的纽带，在读中学习语篇知识，在写中运用语篇知识。
3、情感目标：通过阅读这篇文章，学生能了解改善记忆的方法，通过写文章时的思维碰撞，能了解保持健康的方法。
重点和难点：
1、重点：引导学生在阅读中学会理解语篇，并生成合适的语篇
2、难点：引导学生实现从输入技能向输出技能的转变
