would
like
to
share
my
teaching
plan
of
Period
2,
Reading
One
with
all
of
you.
In
this
period,
I
would
help
the
students
to
learn
about
the
features
of
a
newspaper
report,
get
and
retell
the
main
idea
of
the
passage,
and
talk
about
their
own
experiences
in
the
second
carnival.
Analysis
of
the
students
Most
of
our
students
in
Grade
Eight
have
formed
good
basic
habits
in
learning
English,
such
as
listen
carefully,
be
active
and
creative
in
class,
enjoy
reading
English
after
class.
But
some
students
are
too
lazy,
shy,
absent-minded
to
learn
English
well.
So
some
students
are
learning
English
better
and
better
while
some
become
poorer
and
poorer
in
English.
In
order
to
help
the
students
of
different
levels
in
the
same
grade,
my
colleagues
and
I
try
dividing
the
students
into
two
levels,
that
is,
two
big
Level
A
classes
and
four
small
Level
B
classes.
We
all
use
Book
8A
published
by
Shanghai
Education
Press,
but
ask
the
students
to
achieve
different
learning
goals
through
many
interesting
and
effective
ways.
Day
by
day,
more
students
make
progress.
For
example,
they
can
read
correctly
and
fluently,
they
can
share
their
ideas
in
English
confidently
and
they
work
harder.
For
the
students
of
Level
B,
they
want
to
learn
from
the
students
of
Level.
And
the
students
of
Level
A
look
forward
to
sharing
their
better
ideas
or
further
learning
experience.
(The
students
of
Level
A
do
more
extra
reading.)
Since
we
just
held
our
second
foreign
language
carnival
a
few
days
ago,
we
think
all
the
students
will
be
very
excited
and
willing
to
share
while
learning
the
passage
in
Unit
8.
Then
we
decide
to
merge
the
students
of
two
levels
into
four
classes
instead
of
six
when
we
teach
this
unit.
