根据课标要求，我遵循“整体感知---分层
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )教学---小组合作---能力提升”的原则，使学生都学有所获。这次课令我成长了很多，不仅克服了怯场的毛病，各方面的素质也得到了很大的提高。整节课突出学生为主体，尊重个性差异，开展自主合作学习。课后老师们肯定了我的教学设计，但我深知自己还存在着很多不足。
