一、教学目标与要求:
知识目标
(1)能够听、说、读、写有关周末、假日活动的单词和词组: rode,hurt,went,rode a horse, rode a bike, went camping, hurt my foot, went fishing,并注意总结动词过去式。
(2)能够正确的运用句型Where did you go last Saturday?What did you do there? How was your weekend/holiday?【出处:21教育名师】

能够听懂会说Let’s learn 的内容,并根据实际情况运用本课重点句型谈论周末或假日活动,形成良好的语言交往能力。21·世纪*教育网
能够在图片的帮助下正确理解并朗读关于描述过去发生事情的语篇,并能够完成小组探究活动。
(3)能够提高口语表达能力和语言组织能力,并且进行积极的思考和大胆的创新,提高自主学习能力。

本单元共六课时,本节课是第二课时,本单元主要是学习过去的时间里所做的事情。在教学中应多创设情景,帮助学生内化,真正能够达到学以致用。21世纪教育网版权所有
本节课主要是以John的五一假期、周末活动为主线,学习句型What did you do ?I...,并拓展到he/she/they不同人称在句子中的运用,学生觉得有难度的应该是如何运用学到的句型来描述自己的日常活动,为了让学生掌握这些单词和句型,在课本主线的基础上,以提问、表演和调查报告等游戏方式与学生互动,加深学习印象,并通过卡通人物Baymax的周末进行强化练习,使学生能灵活运用一般过去式的短语及句型,而不是仅仅局限于课本语境下的掌握。
本节课的重点难点:

这节课是一节词汇课,遵循《小学英语新课程标准》的要求,强调创设情境、组织有意义的任务或活动来展开“一般过去时”的兴趣教学,让学生通过一定的任务活动主动有效地参与学习过程。六年级下半学期的学生即将升入初中,已经具备了一定的词汇量和口语表达能力,在本节课中,我遵循孩子的认知规律,从让学生做动作唱歌谣开始,逐步由易到难,有复习旧知滚动新知,结合教学内容,我有意识的充实了丰富有趣针对性强的开放性活动,努力为学生创设一个良好的语言环境,在做中学、学中玩、玩中悟,完成教学中的重点和难点等教学目标。然后以flash动画展示内容,让学生通过“听、看、说、读、找、练、演、写,”等方式进一步认识一般过去时态的具体特征。通过学生的体验式的活动实现学生“”的目标技能。尔后,用调查表的形式为学生搭建平台,力争让学生内化为能力。最后,“do a survey and make a report .”结合课文重点句型练习对话,巩固新知识内化为能力,达到教学的最终的目的:学以致用。
对于小学生而言,直接讲授语法有很多缺点,在本节课中,我利用较长的时间带领学生感知、体验新时态,比如前面的领读、大词卡活动、等,在做了充分的练习后,才放手让学生自己去表达,去展示,效果还是不错的,我想,这也符合学生的认知特点。21世纪教育网版权所有
但是,在这节课中,还存在着许多缺憾。对学生的激励不够,我也不断尝试用very good、 you did a very good job,等话激励学生,但这些激励性的语言什么时候用,语气、程度应该如何我做得还很不够,肢体语音做的也不到位,从而使得课堂气氛不够活跃,另外教学设计的过程中的小细节仍需要改进,过度衔接要连贯自然,这也是我今后在教学中应不断改进的,使一些学生感觉“吃不饱”,在今后的教学中,我会认真总结,多学习,以求更大的进步。
