教后反思
著名教育家叶澜说过：“一个教师写一辈子
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )教案不一定成为名师，如果一个教师写三年教学反思可能成为名师。”这句话非常实在，其用意在教育我们要重视反思，要及时反思。现就结合本节课教学内容反思如下：
一、反思教学资源
本节课所教的是PEP小学六年级英语
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )下册以My
winter
holiday为话题的一节对话课。三、四年级英语对话内容量小，学生比较容易接受。而五、六年级对话内容含量、难度突然增加，这对学生来说并不容易。我就结合六年级学生的学习特点将教学内容加以整合，依托教材，而又活用教材，让学生在气氛浓厚的语言氛围中学习。本课既要熟练掌握where/how/what疑问句型，又要兼顾动词一般过去时变化规则，学习内容不少。我在呈现新知的同时，直接切入难点，并采用了大量的活动让学生练习,做到了词不离句。学生很快就意识并突破了这个难点,让我得到了意外地惊喜。
二、反思教学目标
根据新课标细化教学目标，结合教材和学生实际的要求，我拟定的教学目标如下：

三、反思教学结构
结合教学实践，选择和运用新型的教学模式，使教

第一步是热身活动（Warm

up）。热身活动是一种课前营造学习英语的氛围，引发学生学习英语动机的活动，我采用歌曲欣赏、话题谈话等形式首先创造了浓厚的氛围,所以学生英语的兴致就很高。第二步就是呈现新知(Presentation)。我创设了恰当的情景，让学生在情景中初步感知新语言并理解了语言。第三步是操练(Practice)。充分利用小组合作的练习方式，培养学生的合作与竞争意识，让学生在当小老师领读、小组合作、记忆游戏、补全对话等形式对所学知识进行了练习。第四步是巩固知识
(
Production)；我根据所学知识让学生再次回顾Amy的假期活动，从而讨论自己的假期,达到了活学活用的目的。第五步是提升；让学生结合自己的假期完成小作文，并带领学生一同欣赏三亚美景。第六步是评价小结（Sum-up）。我采用师生共同总结的方法结束了本堂课，学生还有一种意犹未尽的感觉。
四、反思教学方法
１、能让英语课成为了学生的一种享受。
开设小学英语的目的是培养
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )学生学习英语的兴趣。语言知识是永远学不完的，但是拥有了学习语言知识的兴趣是一辈子受益无穷的。我所上的这课虽然内容有点平实，但是我始终将音乐、游戏、竞赛、小组讨论结合起来，激发学生的兴趣,学生们一直饶有兴趣。从他们充满兴奋的脸上我感觉到我成功了。
２、重视教学过程的评价，及时奖励学生。
我认为只有促使学生从一个成功走向另一个
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )成功，学生才能体会到学习的乐趣和成功的喜悦，也只有学习成功，学生学习英语的兴趣才能长久保持。因此我根据学生的层次为他们创造成功的目标，这样给他们创造得到奖励的机会。
不经反省的人生是没有意义的人生
