一课一名师活动,从报名到准
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )备课,花了挺长的时间,教案修改了很多次,课件也在不断地更改中,虽然有点辛苦却也收获良多。针对这一次的经历,我有以下这样一些体会:
课前认真备好课,精通课标,课程内容,以及新的教学策略。
备课是上课的前提,是提高课堂效率的关键
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )。而在备课之前,必须要熟读课标,教学参考,根据这些内容制定出教学目标,找出教学重难点。然后再慢慢地思考教学过程,根据教学过程设计教学课件。我在试讲后,每一次都会有新的收获。教案慢慢的由一个框架结构变的丰富可行。另外,通过备课我体会到,备好一节课不仅要备教材、备教法,还要备学生,以保证在课堂中做到有的放矢,重点突出,抓住关键。
二、要灵活运用教学方法和手段,确保教学效率。
1.要注重新课的引入
好的开端很重要,一节好的英语课,开
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )头新课引入要包含本节课的大背景,上节课学过的内容复习,以及新内容的感知。而且好的开端能激发学生的学习兴趣,使学生思维更加活跃。本节课,我从歌曲What’s

weather
like 入手,自然引出天气,进入情境教学。
2.注重启发式教学。
现在我们提倡高效课堂,而想要提高一
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )节课学生的学习效率,老师的启发是很关键的,但是启发并不代表包办,例如,在学新单词sunny的时候,我没有进行直接教学,而是通过学生观察,得出单词。
3.利用文本信息,巧挖文本内容。
深刻理解文本,将单词教学融进天气预报的的情境中,让学生在情景中习得新知,并且最后能够播报出天气预报。
反思在讲课的过程中需要注意的问题。
语速适中,抑扬顿挫。
上课过程中,语速会偏快一些,没能控制好。

加强师生的互动,注重双边教学。
我其实知道自己上课的一个毛病,就是离学生太远
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com ),不是指距离,而是指师生互动的较少,因此,在上课的过程中,我尽量的多与学生进行沟通交流。在学生进行操练和拓展的时候,多进行沟通和指导。
今后我还要不断地学习,不断的充电,把好的地方继续保持,把不足的地方逐一认真改正,努力提高自己的教育教学水平。(共50张PPT)

学情分析:
四年级的学生已经学习了一年多
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )的英语,掌握了一定的语音语调基础,具备了一定的自然拼读能力,孩子们的思维能力进一步提高,能够积极地参与课堂活动。课堂上,教师要注意渗透字母和字母组合的发音,启发学生善于发现单词中的规律,从而让让学生形成科学有效的学习策略。
