T: Today I will introduce a girl called Wendy. And you will learn her special daily life.
ask Ss to look at the title, the introduction and the pictures, then finish Exercise B
give Ss time to read the text by themselves, remind Ss of the importance of reading the context surrounding a word or phrase.

ask Ss to guess the meaning of the new words and read them
