本课时是阅读课,是对本单元主题的发展和纵身
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )讨论。本阅读是从家长的角度出发,只对学业负担日趋加重的今天,孩子是否应当承担家务劳动展开讨论。有意识地训练学生的思辨能力,锻炼他们的批判性思维。活动2a是阅读前的准备活动,通过提问引出学生在家务劳动中的状态并引导学生思考自己的立场。我把这一环节设计成了lead
in环节,通过图片和学生的观点引出本阅读的学习。活动2b是一个快速阅读的读中活动,学生应该学会通过阅读中心句的方式把握文章大意的技巧,这也是本课着重训练的一项阅读策略——skimming。活动2c要求学生仔细阅读文章,理解两位家长对于学生是否应该承担家务劳动的不同观点,并把这些观点进行分类总结。活动2d实际上是一个阅读后聚焦语言学习的活动,学生应在理解这些短语和结构的基础上构建新的语句,学会运用这些语言形式。活动2e通过问题的形式进一步启发学生思考,尤其是在学生阅读了两篇观点截然不同的文章并了解家长的视角之后,应该对家务劳动这个话题有更深刻的理解。教师在教学中要注意引导学生对不同观点内容的提取及理解,利用pros

cons启发他们根据不同观点进行辩论,发展学生的思维。3a,3b其实是阅读文章辩论后的延伸,目的是使学生在阅读理解的基础上表达自己的观点。让学生在以上各个环节和最后辩论的基础上构建观点框架,完成写作任务。

上完这节阅读课我对自己这节课进行了反思。
首先,把阅读课教学变成完全的阅读课
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )。英语阅读在英语教学中起着举足轻重的作用,这几年的初中毕业英语试题中,阅读题占的比重越来越大,阅读亦为英语学习输入的重要手段。我的这节阅读课,从导入到阅读技能的训练基本符合阅读课的要求。

到writing的各个环节中都充分考虑到学生的综合能力培养。课堂导入为词汇教学做准备,词汇教学为阅读做准备,阅读教学为写作做准备。环环相扣,让阅读课达到最终目标——提升学生的写作能力。英语教学就是培养学生的听、说、读、写能力,缺乏这四种能力培养的课堂教学就不是成功的课堂。“阅读最终是为写作服务的”(Reading
is

writing),阅读课不能只有学生阅读,没有学生写的训练,有时甚至没有说的训练。更不能只是当成精读课学习知识点,而是真正地让学生读,培养学生的阅读能力。
其次,阅读课中词汇教学要整块语篇学习
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )词汇,即语境中学习。本节课的词汇教学我大多都是在语境,让学生联系前后文,猜测词汇,然后通过语篇训练,掌握重点词汇的运用。过去的教师讲学生听和做笔记的模式是孤立的词汇学习,不放到语篇中,词汇是没有意义的。结果就是老师讲得很辛苦,学生抄得辛苦,课后花很多时间去记忆却达不到理想的效果。
第三,要注重阅读

.有效的阅读策略可以提高学生的阅读速度,整体把握语篇的能力。

( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )既要注重学生对课文structure的理解和构建,又不能忽视本语篇重点知识点的落实。毕竟是阅读教学,一定要阅读领先,在学生阅读领会大意之后,通过含重点知识点语篇的反复训练,达到掌握的目的。这一定不要面面俱到,重点即可。这样的教学设计的结果既让学生在快速阅读能力和阅读方法上有相对优势,又能在知识细节上有所提升。
最后,把阅读课教学跟学生具体实际相结合是课堂教学的最有用最实效的模式,离开了学生实际的一切教学设计和教学践行都是徒劳的。
