( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )的老师的课,认真记笔记,欣赏每个老师的精心设计。这一次到了我来准备课了,我才体会到里面的努力和汗水。单是课件,我自己就经过了十余次的修改,组里的老师听过我的课后,我又有3次结构性的调整,在每一次的调整过后,我就离预期的效果更近一步,过程虽然是艰辛,但是收获是很大的,我学到了很多的东西!
平时在上课时,我有时会不经意说出长
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )句子,一次在另外一个班的试讲中,我发现有的学生听不懂我说的长句子,平时往往遇到听不懂,我会再说一遍,可是当时肯定没有想过,不懂的句子再说几遍,孩子还是不会懂,在组内老教师吴红兵老师的提醒下,我开始尝试改变。课堂上的指令要尽量地符合孩子的认知能力,初一阶段的孩子,指令要尽量的简单、明确,注意改正之后,效果果然比试讲要好,孩子们对我的指令反应迅速,不在有摸不着头脑的了。另外,对于指令,我们要尽量避免重复,其实明确的指令,孩子们一遍就明白了,我们没有必要重复,这样可以留出更多的时间,留给孩子练习。
通过这一次的课,我对阅读教学又有了
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )新的认识。其中对于文本复述,又有了深刻的体悟。其实文本复述不同于课文背诵,没有必要让孩子们把课本的每个句子都复现出来,孩子们只要是能够用自己的语言把文章的意思说出来就行了。我们在复述环节,可以给孩子们限定时间,限定字数,当然这是更高级别的训练了。另外复述一定要给孩子明确的支架,支架可以帮助孩子形象记忆,初一阶段的孩子,还是以形象记忆为主的,这样的训练,可以帮助他们掌握知识。
这节课上我设计了很多的活动环节,上课有对课本
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )知识的训练,也有动手动脑的拓展性训练,平时我们上课时感觉这样的环节可能会影响到讲课时间不够,可是往往是这样的环节,是激发孩子们学习兴趣,让他们热爱生活、热爱英语的源动力。就像这次讲课,孩子们在课下参与了一些小组结对学习的课外活动,我们有时可能会以为这些活动会影响孩子的成绩,可是恰恰相反,这些活动使孩子们跟英语更亲近了,上课时孩子们踊跃练习,课下的测试结果是孩子们这节课掌握的效果挺好。所以老师们,有时候我们抓的越紧,学生们可能反而会走掉,不如利用各种形式,让学生们热爱学习英语!
关于课上的练习,很多孩子在
