,本单元是初中英语材第二册第5单元,本单元的核心话题为“animals
in
the
zoo”,通过本单元的学习,让学生学会用英文正确的表达动物的名称,以及描述动物的形容词,动物生长的地方和习性。进而能表述各种常见动物,能表达自己对动物的喜好。在学会描述自己喜爱的基础上进一步转向了对“濒危动物”的关注,通过学生对濒危动物的了解引入对大象保护的语篇阅读。旨在培养学生的动物保护意识和人文素养。
学情分析
1、经过半年的学习,对英语语篇的阅读有了一定的能力和技巧,但是对于概括中心主题的能力还有所欠缺。2、对于文章中的细节部分,缺乏一定的方法和耐心。
学习目标
1、引导学生理解课文内容,掌握阅读技巧,如扫读,细读,概括文章大意,利用上下文信息猜词等。2、通过阅读课文,并设计各种活动训练学生运用英语进行听说读写各种活动的能力。3、让学生学会保护动物、爱护动物。
教学重难点及解决措施
重难点:快速阅读归纳和归纳语篇中心的能力。
解决措施:本节课我采用探究式与合作式的教学方法。
