Warming-up 1. Sing a song2. To greet each otherT------S, S------T
Revision 1. Read the followingrubber father sister pencil book pen mother father brother 2. A word song:This is my father, hello, hello.This is my mother. Hello, hello.This is my sister. Hello, hello.This is my brother. Hello, hello.
Presentation Step One Pretend that teacher is Sam. Ask two boys and two girls to come up to the front. Give each cards for “father, mother, brother, sister”. Give each of them the corresponding picture cards.Step two1. Discuss with pupils what is happening in the picture and read the verse the them2. Explain: is coming/ I love him/3. Look at the pictures and listen.4. Encourage the pupils to join in. Practice several times.5. Invite pairs of pupils to act out the first verse.6. Repeat the steps to teach picture 2 and picture 3.7. Play the tape for the whole rhyme. Invite pupils to read and act.
Consolidation 1. To read the rhyme.2. Act out the new verse.
