本堂课是涵盖学生初中英语所学习的三个单元
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )的复习课，重难点是对于事物用形容词、副词、比较级、最高级的描述。综合性强。但鉴于学生是在九年级下学期的复习课中出现，难度适中。设计的环节严密紧凑，环环相扣，教师的课堂驾驭能力强，语言凝练，有亲和力。这得益于组内教师的大力帮助，多次试讲的磨练。教师的成长需要一个过程，时间的累积是基础，而做个有心人，多参加晒课活动、优质课比赛则是加速成手的催化剂。在备课、试讲的过程中，我逐渐意识到，上课的内容一定要以生为本，在多个方面观察学生，了解他们对于知识的接受程度，不断调整自己的节奏，以能达到学生的最近发展区为目标；教师不宜“满堂灌”，而应营造一种学生被一只看不见的手引导着的氛围，学生自说，自学，自己将本课的任务完成。这是我上这节课后的最大感受，也是我今后努力的方向。教材分析：
