"欢迎登陆21世纪教育网 )自己的孩子上课时嘴唇一直是动的,别的同学站起来回答问题出声的同时,你也应该坐着回答问题,嘴唇要动,我的课堂中没有观众,都是主角!为什么现在就不行了呢?原因只有一个:经历这种讲课的机会少了。通过这次磨课我发现了一个让大多数老师高兴的秘密:每次听课讲课老师的出彩表现我们都望尘莫及,觉得老师真牛!我可牛不了。其实不是这样的,老师成功的背后也有很多你看不到的失败,很多你不知道的付出。比如说赵丽风老师的课,那么华丽,学生参与面那么多,一直以为是赵老师太牛了(事实上就是如此),有一次王主任把她的备课本拿给我看,我终于找到了答案:上面密密麻麻的用不同的笔记着这应该注意什么,那应该注意什么。。。。。。赵老师亲口说:我讲一节课都要试讲七八次,有时候讲的都要恶心了。。。。。。我很惊讶:这么厉害的老师,在我们眼里课都这么好了,还要这么严谨,要求这么完美。上帝永远眷顾那些有准备的人的!
