"欢迎登陆21世纪教育网 )子的上课情况，我发现了一节优秀的课堂教学，教师为主导，学生为主体，放手让孩子学习，需要的不仅仅是老师的教学能力，更体现的是教师平常日的功夫是否做得足，做的透。只有平常日培养了学生自学的能力，老师的放手才有价值，否则，放手给学生只能给老师带来困惑，“为什么我就不会放手让学生自学呢？”。这就要老师平常日坚持注重培养孩子自学能力的培养，不仅仅是句口号，而是行动。

"欢迎登陆21世纪教育网 )自己的孩子上课时嘴唇一直是动的，别的同学站起来回答问题出声的同时，你也应该坐着回答问题，嘴唇要动，我的课堂中没有观众，都是主角！为什么现在就不行了呢？原因只有一个：经历这种讲课的机会少了。通过这次磨课我发现了一个让大多数老师高兴的秘密：每次听课讲课老师的出彩表现我们都望尘莫及，觉得老师真牛！我可牛不了。其实不是这样的，老师成功的背后也有很多你看不到的失败，很多你不知道的付出。比如说赵丽风老师的课，那么华丽，学生参与面那么多，一直以为是赵老师太牛了（事实上就是如此），有一次王主任把她的备课本拿给我看，我终于找到了答案：上面密密麻麻的用不同的笔记着这应该注意什么，那应该注意什么。。。。。。赵老师亲口说：我讲一节课都要试讲七八次，有时候讲的都要恶心了。。。。。。我很惊讶：这么厉害的老师，在我们眼里课都这么好了，还要这么严谨，要求这么完美。上帝永远眷顾那些有准备的人的！
