3.特殊疑问句that，可省略if 或whether,一般情况可互换特殊疑问词连接代词：who、whom,whose ,what、which

1.与动词不定式连用(whether to do sth.)

2.当与or not连用或 or 提出两种选择:
I don’t know whether he’s free or not.
