圣诞节（Christmas
Day）
圣诞节是基督耶稣诞生的日子，最初是一个宗教性节日，后来逐渐与世界各地文化传统糅合，发展成一个全球性的节日。
每年的12月25日是圣诞节，12月24日是圣诞前夕（Christmas
Eve），也称为“圣诞夜”或者“平安夜”。在圣诞前夕，大多数西方家庭都会围坐在圣诞树下，共享以火鸡为主菜的圣诞大餐，他们在聚会上唱歌跳舞，庆祝这个重要的节日。
在西方，家家户户都在圣诞节前采购以红、绿、白三色为圣诞色的圣诞物品，用于节日装饰。红色的圣诞花和圣诞蜡烛，绿色的圣诞树，还有红白相映的圣诞老人。在圣诞夜，父母们会告诉孩子，圣诞老人正驾乘着由12只驯鹿拉的雪橇，挨家挨户地从烟囱进入屋里，偷偷地把礼物放到好孩子床头的圣诞袜里。当孩子们睡着后，父母们便会把准备好的圣诞礼物悄悄地放在孩子们床头的圣诞袜里。
圣诞节是西方国家一年中最重要的节日。圣诞假期期间，人们互相传递祝福和问候。

本节课谈论的是国庆假期结束后，Mike和Liu
Tao在交流自己的假期活动。
Liu
Tao介绍了自己去上海游玩的经历，
Mike则讲述了自己和家人去农场度假的经历。本课对话呈现了一般过去时的一般疑问句和特殊疑问句。本课通过愉快的竞赛调动学生学习的积极性，学生乐于参与，让学生初步感知特殊疑问句，部分学生能够根据提示简单谈一谈自己的假期生活。
