教学目标:1.能感知、理解重点词汇,如housework,hardly,ever,once,twice等等。
2.能利用浏览图片和给出的文字线索等非听力因素来提高听力效率,听懂谈论课余活动频率的对话。在听说活动中的理解一些频率副词在表达级别上的差异。
3.正确运用句法结构对某人从事某一活动的频率进行询问和回答。
4.通过交流课余生活,培养积极健康意识及良好的生活习惯。
教学重点:学生能够学会用六个频率副词谈论做各项活动的频率。
教学难点:通过交流表达和听力训练,掌握频率副词并学会运用。

教学过程:
Step 1 Lead-in
教师询问学生周末的活动:What di ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )d you do on weekends How was your weekends Why 学生思考并回答问题,以此来引出课余活动的话题。
Step 2 Presentation
使用PPT呈现不同图片,通过图片与短语 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )的结合让学生熟练掌握What do you usually do on weekends I usually…的句子结构,而后替换主语,让学生灵活运用该句式。然后,同伴合作,根据图片完成对话练习。
要求学生根据图片完成1a。然后做游 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )戏:Who has quick eyes 以加强动词短语的练习,然后引出问题:How often do you exercise 再次引出频率副词,带领学生朗读单词并进行记忆挑战,看谁记忆得又快又准确。
对话展示
教授学生频率副词的用法,并要求学生根据图片及短语信息进行讨论交流。然后根据1c中的句式,同桌合作自制对话,加强巩固练习。
听力训练
介绍1b的听力说明,进行简单的听力指导。
播放听力,要求学生完成听力任务。
个别同学展示答案,查看学生的出错情况。

听力练习
介绍说明2a的听力说明和要求。
播放听力,要求学生根据听到的顺序排列Cheng Tao的活动。
核对答案,再次训练表示业余活动的动词短语。
听力练习
向全班学生解释说明2b的听力要求,让学生将Cheng Tao的课余活动与活动发生的频率连接起来。
播放听力,要求学生完成听力任务。
核对答案,再次强调once,twice,three times … 的用法。
Step 4 Drill
Role Play
要求学生自读2c对话,并根据自己的情况填写表格。然后按照表格内容进行角色扮演。
要求至少2组学生进行表演展示,其他组质疑,对表现好的小组给予激励性评价。
再次强调How often…句法的运用。
Step 5 Revision
教师带领学生复习本节课所学重点句式及内容。嘱咐学生主语改变时要考虑相应的助动词的变化。
Step 6 Practice
要求学生又快又好地完成练习。

本课题重点要求掌握频率副词,并学会用它 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )们谈论做各项活动的频率。本节课内容贴近生活、社会实际,引起了学生极大的学习兴趣,同时也让学生认识到英语来源于生活,服务于生活。我们可以用简单的句子结构,分享彼此多彩的课余生活。但对于学习自觉性差的学生,由于没有按老师的要求准备,课堂上大多被动。这种教学方法虽然对于培养学生合作意识和语言表达能力有一定好处,但对于不自觉的学生确实有些行不通。
教学设计中的几点优点
1、图片切入,身边事例,真实可信。可谓开门见山,直击主题。其目的是引起学生思考自己的课余活动,进而正确运用句法结构与他人交流讨论课余生活。
