?Reading A survy about middle school students’problems shows that nowadays many of middle school students have some mental and physical problems,which worry them very much. Here are the results .
Some students say they have too much homeork to do every day so that they have to stay up late at nigh and have little time to do sports. Some students are so worried about exams that they can't fall asleep at night. As a result, they feel sleepy in the day time and can't concentrate in class. Some say they often argue with their parents．That is because their parents always ask them to study and they feel they have no free time to do what they like．Some students say their parents often argue with each other. It makes them feel anxious and upset. Other students think it’s difficult for them to have close frinds, beacuse they don’t know how to get along with their classmates and friends. As a matter of fact, these problems have bad effects on both their studies and lives.There're many ways for them to deal with their problems. First of all, they can turn to their teachers for help, including the teacher of psychology. Secondly, communication is of vital importance.When they have a talk or discussion about their problems with their friends or classmates, they can feel greatly relaxed.Thirdly, they should try to take part in after-school activities to learn how to make frinds. Lastly but not least, They need to develop a positive attitude towards their studies and their life. Wearing a smile is not only a sign of friendliness but also a cure for bad feelings.
