Step 1: Warming up1. Greetings. 1) Hello, boys and girls. Nice to meet you again.2) What’s the weather like today 2. Say a chant. (ppt) Reading, reading, I’m reading.Writing, writing, I’m writing.Drawing, drawing, I’m drawing.Singing, dancing, I’m happy.Step 2: RevisionRevise some phrases. (ppt)reading a book writing a letterwatching TV listening to the radioswimming drawing a pictureplaying football colouring the picture1) T: Now, please look at the TV. We’ll see some phrases. Let’s read together. (ppt) 2) T: Boys and girls, Let’s play a game. Look carefully, which one is missing （ listening to the radio ）Step 3: Presentation 1. Lead-in1) Teacher take out a box, and ask students:Do you want to know what’s in it 2) ( newspaper ) T: We have learn a phrase about newspaper, is…( reading a newspaper ) 3) Use the same method to say playing ping-pong, reading a book, listening to the radio 4) T: I’ll give these thing to some of you. Study-in 1) Look at the TV, and read the sentences.
