一、教学内容:
本课教材使用北师大版小学英语三年级上册第三单元第一课时的教程。主要学习内容包括故事Pass the ball的学习; Learn to say 和Listen and number这三个部分。故事中Mocky, Ann和Ken一起参加足球运动,在踢球的过程中呈现了本单元的主要学习内容:有关球类的动作指令
故事中也充满悬念。当淘气的踢球时,球直奔窗户而去。Learn to say部分在故事语言的基础上进行了拓展,除了足球运动还出现了其他球类运动。Listen and number板块复现今天学习的四个球类动作。
二、学情分析:
本单时的话题是“文体活动”,内容贴近学生的生活,有利于学生模仿、表达,有利于在学生刚刚开始学英语时就形成学英语、用英语的意识。三年级学生活波好动,喜欢参加球类运动,因此故事内容是比较贴近学习生活的。怎样通过本课的学习,激发学生的更大兴趣,这是关键。在此基础上,培养学生了解体育运动,乐意参与体育运动的意识,培养学生在体育运动中集中注意力、注意安全的意识和习惯。
三、设计思想:
根据对学生和教材的分析,在本课的故事学习中我主要采用了探究式教学方式来学习,通过精心设计问题,导入故事的教学。体验语言是领悟和使用语言的前提,让学生通过动作来体验今天所要学习的四个主要球类动作。通过游戏、角色扮演、说歌谣、做动作等多种形式,引导学生理解语言、使用语言,在亲身体验的活动中感受语言。
四、教学目标:
本课的教学目标按知识目标、能力目标和情感目标进行分析,详细情况如下:
1、知识目标:
①能听、说、读、本课的词组:pass \ catch\ throw\ kick\the ball ②
能理解、认读句子:Let s play e on, Mocky.
Oh, no. 2、能力目标:
①能在插图的帮助下理解并朗读本单元的小故事;
②能够说出简单的动作指令,并做出恰当的反应。
3、情感目标:
①通过本节课,培养学生了解体育运动,乐意参与体育运动的意识;
②培养学生在体育运动中集中注意力、注意安全的意识和习惯。
三、教学重、难点分析:
1、重点:能够说出简单的动作指令或根据指令做动作;理解并正确朗读故事。
2、难点:能够说出简单的动作指令或根据指令做动作。
四、课前准备:
教学光盘,自制教学课件,足球基本动作的图片,自制的面具和词条。
五、教学过程:
第一步:准备阶段
T: Let s say hello. Hello, children! Ss: Hello, Miss Wang.
T: I m very glad to have this English class with you, and I want to know, do you like sports
(PPT: Do you like sports 你喜欢运动吗?) Ss: Yes.
T: I like sports, too. Do you know what sport is it (拿出装有足球的袋子)
It s round. It s white and black . It can roll. What is it Can you guess
S1: It s a football.
T: Look, you re right. It s a football. (PPT: foot +ball
= football)
T: Foot and ball is football. Let s read, football. Ss: Repeat.
T: Do you like playing football Ss: Yes.\ No.
T: You like playing football and I like playing football, too. (Some like playing football and some don t like playing football.) How about our friends Who are they (一一拿出面具贴在黑板上)
Ss: Ken, Mocky, Ann.
(设计意图:跟学生互相问好,拉近学生的距离。跟学生交谈playing football的话题,为上新课做准备。)
第二步:故事学习
1、导入故事
(PPT: Picture1)
T: Do they want to play football Look. (Picture1) Can you see any footballs in the picture
Ss: Yes.
T: Who can find it OK, you come here, please. Find it.
S1: It s here. (把图一的2个足球圈起来)
T: We can see two footballs. One is here, the other is Ken s hand. Ken likes playing
football. How about Mocky Let s watch and listen to the story and find the answer : Dose Mocky want to play football
(PPT: 播放动画)
T: 播放动画故事,让学生从整体上初步接触故事。
Ss: Listen and answer the question. “Yes”
(设计意图:让学生观察多媒体插图找到图中的两个足球,然后提出问题Dose Mocky want to play football 让学生带着问题完整的听故事录音。这样听完录音不但可以回答老师提的问题,而且能初步的对故事有了整体的认识,为新知的学习,做好铺垫。)
2、学习故事
①(PPT: Picture1)
T: Mocky wants to play football. He likes playing football very much. So he says: “Let s
play football. Is Mocky happy ”
Ss: Yes.
T: Can you say with me. “Let s play football.”
(边说边做动作)
Ss: repeat
(请个别学生边说边做动作,接着让所有的学生站起来边说边做动作。)
(PPT: 播放动画)
T: Let s play football. But how do they play football Listen to the story, and answer the question.
(录音听一遍后,老师引导学生来回答)
T: Maybe you can t say. But you can play it with my ball (拿出一个球,你们能演一演吗?)How do they play football
S1: 生用脚传球。
T: Yes, you re right. Pass the ball. S2: 生扔球,接球。
T: Yes, throw and catch the ball. How does Mocky do S3: 生踢球。
T: Oh, he kicks the ball. (PPT: Picture2)
T: Now let s see how they play football. Please look at Picture 2. Mocky says: “ Pass the ball. “ Ken says: “OK, Mocky!”
I m Mocky. Who is Ken
T: Pass the ball.
S1\S2: Ok, Mocky.
T:(拿出词条)Pass the ball, \P\ \a:\ pass, pass, pass the ball. Ss: Repeat.
T: Ken passes the ball with his feet. We can pass the ball with our hands. (课件出现用手传球的图)Pass the ball, do you know it Can you pass the ball (拿出ball,学生边说边传,传了二组后,到老师的手里。)
T: Pass me the ball.(再次拿出该词条,让生说说,然后贴在黑板上)

T: Ken passes the ball to Mocky. Mocky runs and catches the ball. Ann says: “Catch the ball, Mocky.” I am Ann, you are Mocky. Please, stand up.
Ss: Do the action
T:(拿出词条)说:“Catch the ball. \k\ \大e\ catch, catch , catch the ball.”
Ss:Do the action
T: All the girls ,you are Ann. Boys, you are Mocky. Let s say and do. Then change.(把词条贴在黑板上)
④(PPT: Picture4)
T: Mocky can catch the ball. Now , the football is in Mocky s hands. So Ken says: “Come on, Mocky, kick the ball.”
Come on, children. Can you kick the ball
Ss: Yes.
T: (拿出词条)Kick the ball,\k\ \i\ kick, kick , kick the ball. Who can say and do the action

T: All the students, let s read.(教师拿kick the ball的词条,让学生一个个读,全班读,然后贴在黑板上。)
Ss: Read it.
⑤(PPT: Picture5 What may happen 会发生什么事?)
T: Mocky can kick the ball. But what may happen Please read the story by yourself. What may happen Are you clear
Ss: Yes.
T: Finished Who can tell me You can speak in Chinese.

(设计意图:用整体教学思路,把教学重点放在了课文内容的理解上。在设计问题上,通过设计不同问题处理语篇内容,衔接教学过程。铺垫性问题有:You like playing football and I like playing football, too. How about our friends 细节性问题有:Can you find any footballs Ken likes playing football. How about Mocky Dose Mocky want to play football 发散性问题有:Mocky can kick the ball. What may happen 通过上述问题,采用设问和追问等方式诱发学生思考,培养学生的记忆力、注意力、想象力。通过设问题、诱思考,帮助学生获取、加工和存储文本信息。)
3、模仿表演

T: Close books. There are five pictures in the story. Picture1--5.Which picture do you like For example: Miss Wang, I like Picture1: “Let s play football.(边说边做动作。)
T: Children, do you know how to do it
Ss: OK. T: Who can
S1: I like picture 5. Oh, no. (边说边做动作。)
T: Great. What about you S2\S3\S4\S5:....
(PPT: Roles play: You can read the story in roles. You can act the story in roles.) T: You can read the favorite pictures very well. Can you read the story in roles You can choose one and work in groups. I m Ken. I m Ann. I m Mocky. Three per group, go.

(设计意图:本环节设计了表演故事的任务,将输入和输出结合起来。先是让学生选择自己喜欢的图片说,然后分角色表演。从易到难,循序渐进,让每个学生都动起来,都能学以致用,展示能力,获得成就感。)
