一、教材简析
本课为北师大版英语三起第三册Unit4 Bobby’s House.L1.This is the living room。在本课中主要是让学生学会用This is…介绍房间。
二、学情分析
本课的教学对象是四年级学生，他们活泼好动，对英语兴趣较大，尤其对教学中的游戏活动最感兴趣，教师要以学生的生活经验和兴趣为出发点，充分利用各种教学方法，调动学生学习的积极性，提高学生语言的运用能力，使学生“学以致用”。
三、教学目标：
（一）知识目标：
1. 能够听、说、读关于房间的词汇:living room，bedroom，bathroom，kitchen。
2. 能够听说读：this is ...句型
3. 能够听说认读课文
（二）技能目标：
能够运用This is 句型介绍房间，初步培养学生在实际生活中的语言运用能力。
（三）情感目标：
通过本课学习培养学生注意观察、认真模仿的良好习惯和主动竞争的意识。同时能见识到各国有代表的房屋，并热爱自己的房子自己的家。
四、教学重难点：
重点：能掌握、运用living room，bedroom，bathroom，kitchen；能掌握功能句this is ...来介绍房子。
五、教学准备：多媒体课件，单词卡，物品贴图等。
