B的内容。本节课主要围绕学生的课外活动这一话题展开，介绍了一些中国父母和美国父母对孩子的业余活动和课外学习的安排及看法。本节课作为阅读课，要求学生通过速读与精读的结合，理解文章内容及思想；并要求学生掌握一定的阅读技巧，能够根据上下文猜测词意，根据首句定中心，及定位词等基本阅读技巧，能主动地和家人、朋友或亲近的人交流遇到的问题，并要学会放松、缓解压力，建立正确，积极，向上的生活态度和价值观。
本课教学我首先进行了预习
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )检测，紧接着以一副图片开场，引出压力一词，然后进行听力训练和阅读训练，活动设计紧紧围绕教学目标，使学生在不知不觉中学会阅读技巧并能灵活运用。在学习文章时，通过不同的展示方式，展示学习内容，方法灵活多样，教学内容直观形象，让学生感到轻松自然，容易被学生吸收，从而降低了阅读教学的难度，激发学生的学习兴趣和自主学习的欲望。使学生在阅读中掌握了一定的阅读技能，理解文章，把握词汇，并运用到实际中去。通过辩论，写作等练习方式对知识进行巩固性活动，传递正确的语言信息，让学生领悟知识点，从而达到运用语言的目的。尤其是写作环节检测了学生对本节课知识的使用把握，达到了语言运用的目的，加强了知识的掌握力度。本节课我利用图片、音频、小组活动和写作等不同形式的教学方式，在阅读中渗透听说，在理解中把握词汇，为教学创造了良好的语言环境，教学扎实有效。
当然，本节课仍存在不足之处。比如，
