(2)Read the words over and over again until the students can
name each item fluently.
(3)Teach the new words"Where's"and "Where're "
(4)Learn the prepositions by using the school things.
Step3:Practice.
(1)Show three pictures of a dog on the screen.
Ask”Where’s the dog ” Let students answer the question.
(2)Teach the new words” they" and "they're"
(3)Show two pictures of the keys on the screen.
Ask: Where’re …… Let them say out where the things are.
Step4:Pairwork
(1)Let students look at Jim's room for two minutes.
(2)Make up dialogues in pairs, using the new words in1a .
(3)Make up new dialogues using the things in the classroom.
Step5:Listening
(1)Ask students to listen to the tape carefully.
(2)Play the recording for twice.
(3)Then check the answers:

Step6:Groupwork
