导入新课
Fun
Time.
宠物展示会故事。这是一个幽默故事，故事大意：很多孩子都带了自己的宠物来参加宠物展示会。有能转圈的狗，漂亮的兔，年老的鹦鹉，棕色的猴子和绿色的乌龟。有一个端着盒子的男孩说他的宠物最“酷”，当盒子打开的时候，一条蛇钻了出来，所有的孩子和宠物都吓跑了。
学生通过学习故事，复习本单元的学习内容。
新课学习
1．教师逐张出示故事挂图，用讲故事的形式，帮助学生从整体上了解故事内容，同时感知新语言项目。
2．教师播放录音，指导学生一边看挂图一边听录音，还可引导学生根据录音指出相应的图。
3．教师指导学生反复看图听录音，并重复录音中的对话，同时做相应的动作。
4．学生以组为单位看教材中故事图并试读文字，此时教师应给学生以适当的帮助。
如果此时学生分小组学习也有困难，教师可以带着学生看图读故事。
5．教师指导学生朗读故事。
6．在学生熟悉课文之后，建议以小组为单位表演故事。
7．教师可以根据学生的实际情况，试着帮助学生用简单的英语复述故事。
