一、教材分析：
Module 5的Topic是Zoo Animals，主要是以谈论动物为题材。Work with Language是Unit 13 They Are Going to the Zoo的一部分，主要学习与运用表示动物的单词及Don’t…. 句型，目的是让学生系统地掌握更多的关于动物的名词及祈使句的用法。
二、教学对象分析：
学生对本单元出现的表示动物的单词较感兴趣。在教学中如抓住其特点，配以动物的动作或动物的特征来教学可帮助学生加深记忆。考虑到在此之前已学过有关动物的对话，对动物的单词会比较熟悉，学生在听说读单词方面有优势。教师应该对课本知识加以拓展，以满足不同层次学生的需要。
三、教学目标
语言知识目标：
1）、会听、说、读以下单词：giraffe, elephant, deer, snake, lion, bear, polar bear, throw, thing, photograph, litter。
2）、懂的运用 Don’t + verb….句式。
语言技能目标:
在现实生活中能正确地运用动物名称及祈使句。
情感态度目标:
1)、培养学生热爱动物，保护动物地环境意识。
2)、教育学生要做遵守各种规章制度的好学生或好公民。
学习策略目标:
能结合周围环境或运用课外书籍、网上查找等方式学习、运用与动物相关的知识。
三、教学重点:
本课时表示动物的单词及Don’t + verb….句式的运用。
四、教学难点:
Don’t + verb….句式的熟练运用
五、教学过程
1. Warm up
1. Sing a song :跟着录音唱。T: Answer my questions :What does a kangaroo do How many animals in a zoo do you know 小组交流自己准备的动物图片及所对应的单词。
2. 请几个学生用实物投影向全班展示所准备的动物图片和所对应的单词。
二、New lesson
<一>T: Look at the screen , they are pictures , we know they are all the animals in a zoo . But in west countries they may be pets . (但是在西方国家它们可能成为个人的宠物。) What are these in English 通过金太阳软件把单词粘在图片之下，并边反复读，学生边听，也可以一起读，粘完之后，T问: How do you spell “giraffe /…… 学生拼写，老师边在黑板写单词，边说gi pronounce … 边写出音标，并在元音字母下面划线，以引起学生的注意，学生边看，边读，边写.
T: I give you two minutes . Learn the new words by heart. then I ask one boy and one girl to fill the words in the blanks on the blackboard （把元音字母檫掉）.Which one is the winner ……(进行三次换人比赛，按正确情况记分。)
请一个学生重新在电脑上操纵鼠标粘贴单词在图片下。
<二>老师随手拿起一个东西，做向一个学生扔的动作，问学生: What am I doing 个别学生可能能够回答: You are throwing things at … . 如果不能回答的话 ， 老师说出来。
T：Look at the screen .What is the boy doing Picture 1 The boy is leaving litter . Picture 2 The boy is feeding animals . Picture 3 The boy is throwing things at the monkeys . Picture 4 The boy is taking photograghs here . Picture 5 The boy is walking on the grass . 贴出这几个句子。这几个句子里的生词事先都被方框框住，老师边教读，边注上音标。
T：Suppose you are the warden in the zoo . What do you say (带上管理员的牌子) 优生会说：Don’t ……让我们大家一起把管理员说的话写下来，学生会模仿贴的句子写，请一个学生在黑板上写。老师可以订正学生的错误 。T: Let’s look at the screen , let’s put the words under the pictures .
T：让我考考你们这些句子的生词，Spell it quickly . 男女组展开竞赛。
<三>Play a game
要求：Do the opposite of what I say (做我说的相反的动作)
给五男生五女生所学动物的头饰(用单词卡片做)T: Don’t watch TV, Panda ! ……没有立即反应过来,并做错动作的不得分 .
三、小结
请同学把我们这节课学的内容说说,并设计一下我们今天我们该做的巩固作业和发展作业,.
四、Homework
1. 写下游戏中老师的指令，有能力的学生还可以增加许多指令。
2. 每天还是必须跟读。
3. 有能力的同学进行课外阅读，做课外练习，增加单词量等。
4. 一般的学生经常复习旧知识，通过家长、同学、老师的帮助，弥补知识的缺漏。

教学过程（2）
1、 Warm up
1.Sing a song “The Animals went in Two by Two
2.T: Which is funny and lovely , a monkey or a lion Which is strong and dangerous Are they beautiful 多几个学生回答问题.
2、 New lesson
T: Look at the screen , listen and answer my questions : Why doesn’t Janet give monkeys her bananas /Don’t give them your banana , why not Where is the lion from Can a lion kill a tiger （贴这三个问句在黑板上） 学习生词why kill（在生词下注音标，根据发音规律读 , 用上单词卡片）
学生一段段听过之后 ，听两遍, 回答问题 ：1。It’s the zoo rule . 2.. It’s from Africa . 3. I think it can kill a tiger . / I think it can’t kill a tiger . 在问句后面写下这些回答.
学习生词 rule Africa (在生词下注音标，根据发音规律读 ,用上单词卡片)
操练单词：做填单词练习，男女生比赛 。
操练句子：四人小组操练确保自己的组员不被别人问倒，而设法用这几个问题去问倒其它组的学生 ，
操练对话：1.跟读两遍，自己读，recite the dialogue .together . Recite 接龙. 2.四人小组两个两个表演对话, 老师摸牌,摸到哪组,哪组上来表演.,重复时重摸.

3、 New lesson
（一）1\ T: 用中文说：你们知道我们地球上的七大洲是那七大洲吗？告诉学生：欧洲、亚洲、非洲、澳洲、北美洲和南美洲 ，澳洲的主要大陆是在澳大利亚，还有北部地区也有一些岛屿。
Now , look at the screen , let’s learn the new words .纵队排列这些单词， 根据发音规律学会单词的发音，通过fill in the letters 过关单词的拼写，男女生竞赛。
2．Where are the animals from Do you know 拿出动物单词图片。学生猜 A panda is from ….在刚才的单词旁边贴上这些动物的图片。
Pupils listen to me ., then put the animal stickers next to the countries or places where you can find them .(老师在电脑中演示，学生检查自己的正确与否)
（二）1．指着黑板上的图片，Do you want to see a real kangaroo I want to see a kangaroo . Don’t go to Japan . Go to Australia . 贴出这几个句子.
T: Look at the screen .让一个学生为我指路 I want to see a kangaroo , 用手指走到一个 错误的地方 Px : Don’t go to …. . Go to …..
2四人小组操练。
3．去掉动物的粘贴，让一个组的学生来考别组的学生。错误的组得负分。
3. 再粘上动物，问：What does a polar bear look like P : It look like,,,,,,, It is ….. .
四人小组practise some dialogues like it . 摸一个组号，两个学生汇报他们组的对话。 别组可以反对，他们可以说I think … looks like a … . It is ….
4、 小结
1． 回忆今天学到的内容(单词\句子)
2． 设计今天的作业.
