为什么不星期二去呢?
Why not…是口语中常用到的一个疑问句式,用来向对方表达建议,意为“为什么不……”。如果对方愿意的话,可回答说“Good idea. / Great. / OK, let’s go.”等;如果不愿意的话,就回答“Sorry, but I have to…”之类的理由。

语法聚焦
英语中,由what, where等疑问词引导的问句被称为“特殊疑问句”。在含有一般将来时的特殊疑问句中,需要注意不同疑问词的表达意思和句子语序的排列。
疑问词 意思 用法 例句
what 什么 询问“做什么” What is Mary going to do this afternoon 今天下午玛丽打算做什么?
where 哪里 询问“地点” Where are we going, dad 爸爸,我们将去那儿?
when 什么时候 询问“时间” When is he going to Beijing 他什么时候去北京?
词语辨析
travel和trip都可用做名词,表示旅行。
1. travel泛指一般意义的旅行,“尤其指长途”的旅行;
如: space travel 太空旅行
I like travel.我喜欢旅行。
2. trip表示去某个地方出行或旅游,常指某次具体意义的旅行。如a shopping trip购物游, a trip to beach去海滨游玩, a day trip一日游。
点拨句子
Why not go on Tuesday 为什么不星期二去呢?
【点拨】Why not…是口语中常用到的一个疑问句式,用来向对方表达建议,意为“为什么不……”。如果对方愿意的话,可回答说“Good idea. / Great. / OK, let’s go.”等;如果不愿意的话,就回答“Sorry, but I have to…”之类的理由。需要注意的是,why not后面接动词原形。如:
