教师成长=经验+反思
这次省教研室把优质课比赛的主题确定为“阅读策略教学”,这对参加选手和听课老师来说是一次理念上的提升,非常及时,非常必要,因为对一直以来大量的老师都把Self-check的阅读课上成精读课,且一直抱怨内容长、生词多,课时不够。把阅读课仅仅上成语言知识课,未能有效贯彻“阅读作为语言技能的一部分”这一思想,忽视了阅读能力的培养对帮助学生获取更多信息、知识,拓展视野,激发学习兴趣,提高人文素养,提高综合语言运用能力等方面的重要意义。
在具体的参与过程中深刻感受到:
1.24小时备课,对我们来说,这是一个痛苦的过程,是对教师的整体素质的一次考验,应该说是:痛苦并快乐着,因为这痛苦的过程能给你很多平日里得不到的经历。
2.“课堂”这一学习的场域,是在社会文化的情境制约之下,众多的学生与教师在展开各自活动的同时,进行着借助交互作用而产生影响的活动。可以说课堂教学的实效性、完美性很大程度上受制于教师的素质、学生学习的能动性、课堂教学的技艺。特别是英语学科对教师的素质要求相当高,教师的英语口语流利,就能给学生创设了良好的说的氛围,使学生在能够在轻松愉快的氛围中感受英语语言,体验英语语言,运用英语语言。
3.重视文化渗透是我们英语教师的职责,学习英语的过程也是了解西方文化的过程。在这节课上Fishman和Businessman的生活态度是完全不一样的,在西方崇赏民主,尊重各自的观点,在After reading 之后是否一定要让学生接受Businessman’s view,从而体现德育渗透也是值得我们探讨的问题。
4.关注“自我评价”和“作业分层布置”。新课程的理念需要我们教师贯彻在课堂的每个细节中,在本堂课供给学生一张自我评价表,让学生对自己在本节课的表现进行自我评价,真正把学生当作学习的主体,培养他们自主学习的能力,反思能力,这对学生来说很有必要。作业的分层布置是把学习的主动权交还给学生,是对学生的一种尊重,体现因材施教的教育思想。
一堂英语好课应该是明明白白的,只有明白,学生才会头脑清醒,思路清晰;只有明白,学生才会静思默想,激活思维。一堂好课应该是厚重的,一堂英语课是否具有厚重度,关节在于教师的把握,只有把握住宽而不泛、深而不奥、实而不空的分寸,学生才能学有深得、学有真得的丰厚感、充实感和启迪感。一堂好课应该是灵动的;灵动不足,学生的思维受到压抑,课堂气氛僵化。一堂好课应该是有效生成的,对于英语教师,不仅对于静态的,尤其对于动态的教学资源,要善于利用,将其凝练,提升为生成点,从而让英语课堂因生成而精彩。然而,要上出一节真正的优质课,需要“十年磨一剑“的功夫。这需要教师的综合素质,教师的教学思想、教师的人格魅力、精湛的才艺技能在课堂上与扎实的专业知识同时发挥着影响学生的作用.只有认识到这一点才是认识到教学本质的东西。只要当一位教师开始自觉地从课堂教学的“细节“改进自己的时候起,他(她)的课离那一节节精彩的优质课也就不远了。

China. It has multitudinous islands, crisscrossing lakes,
stretching mountains and fascinating sceneries. With the
tourist scenic spots covering 22.2 percent of the total land
area, the city boasts 3 state-designated scenic spots of
the Yandang Mountain, Nanxi River and the Baizhangji
waterfall, 2 state- designated natural protection zones of
the Wuyanling Ridge and the Nanji Islands which are
known as " the kingdom of shell and algae" and 9
provincial-designated tourist scenic spots including the
Dongtou Islands, the Yaoxi Stream, the Zeya Mountain
and the Xianyan Cliff. Wenzhou was once a famous town of the Eastern Ou with a cultural history. Wenzhou's papermaking, shipbuilding, silk, as well as its shoes and leather products, achieved a fairly eminent position in the history of China. Wenzhou is the hometown of Nanxi?Opera or the Southern Opera. Wenzhou has given birth to many outstanding people and great scholars. Among the most famous were the philosophers of the Yongjia School as represented by?Ye Shi, and the poets of the River and Lake School as represented by Yongjia's four distinguished poets during the Southern Song?Dynasty, as well as Sun Yirang, Xia?Nai, Xia Chengtao, Su Buqing and?others of the modern era. Wenzhou enjoys the reputation of a "City Famous for Dresses“. In 2006, the city had over 2,500 clothing shops with the output value of 40.2 million yuan every year, about one tenth of the country's total. Many people in Wenzhou run their own business. Also many people come to Wenzhou to find jobs. There are over 30 three-star hotels and 180 big restaurants. Now Wenzhou has many department stores and companies.
