Swing
dance摇摆舞
摇摆舞蹈其实是爵士舞蹈中的一种,也可称为摇摆爵士舞蹈。爵士舞蹈最早出现在二十世纪早期的美国,在美国本土拥有大批忠实的追随者。
摇摆乐被公认为是当时最好的伴舞音乐,曲调动听活泼、节奏鲜明,又有很强的艺术性和挑逗性,听到这种音乐,人们不禁会随着它的节奏和韵律,扭摆着身子翩翩起舞,故人们称之为Swing
dance,在中国称之为摇摆舞。
摇摆舞是一种自娱性即兴舞蹈,用不着循规蹈矩,没有严格的动作规范,没有那么多约束,随性潇洒,只需掌握其常用组合动作,即可自由发挥。风格可温柔缠绵、可热烈狂野,尽显自由个性!
