Whose的先行词指物时,可用of which代替whose,但词序不同,即whose+名词=the+名词+of which或of which+the+名词;
eg: He lived in the room the window of which/of which the window faces south.
指人时whose可用of whom代替,即whose+名词=the +名词+oh which或of which +the +名词。
eg: The boy the mother of whom/of whom the mother is a teacher works hardest in the class.as可用来引导一个非限定性定语从句,其先行词可以是一个分句,as代表该分句所表达的整个概念或其中一部分词的概念;as可置于句首、句中或句末;as在从句中可用作主语、主语补足语或宾语。如:
