本课是鲁教版初中英语七年级下册第五单元的第一课时。本课围绕邀请(Invitations)这一交际功能展开,要求学生能发出、接受或拒绝邀请(Make, accept and decline invitations)。这部分的核心是发出、接受或拒绝邀请的相关句型。要求学生能够听懂关于邀请的对话,并能按照对话中的相关信息作出判断、说明原因,重在模仿运用语言。
1a-1c为本课的导入部分,主要是通过邀请别人参加聚会的图文及听力活动导入单元话题,要求学生掌握prepare for an exam, have the flu, help my parents, go to the doctor, meet my friends, 等短语,学会使用Can you come to …? Sure, I’d love to. / Sorry, I can’t. I have to / must …等句型进行有效交际。这些语言是整个单元话题展开的基础。活动1a 主要是呈现话题词汇短语和基本句型,1b 通过听力练习加深学生对本单元重点句型和词汇短语的认知,1c 则要求学生结合主题图内容展开问答活动,完成简单的语言输出。
2a-2c 部分是听说教学。本部分的听说材料巩固和拓展了1a-1c的语言输入。听力活动按梯度设计,2a部分引导学生关注五位人物是否能参加聚会,2b部分再引导学生关注不能参加的学生姓名及原因。2c部分是基于听力内容的口语输出活动,让学生进一步巩固发出邀请、接受邀请、拒绝邀请的核心句型。
本课的重点是复习、巩固学生日常生活常见活动内容的动词短语,运用Can you come to …?句式进行问答。学习难点是运用得体的语言对接受或拒绝邀请进行合理的表达并能陈述理由。所以在教学中应注意尽量创设较为真实的语言环境,让学生的对话尽可能的贴近生活实际。
课后反思
由于学生英语水平参差不齐,为了照顾大部分学生,我这节课只是学习了Section A (1a-2c )。通过多媒体展开活动, 激发学生的学习兴趣和热情。通过实践,我的体会是:
1、交际式教学: 通过创造机会,让学生相互合作,相互交流,确定学生的主体地位,帮助学生自主自觉地学习。
2、应用多媒体辅助教学:多媒体集视听于一体,更直观更生动更形象更具吸引力,有助于学生更好地理解和掌握学习内容,提高了课堂效率,增大了课容量。3、任务型教学模式:本课在各教学环节设计了不同的任务,如合作学习,调查报告等,让学生在完成任务的过程中落实了语言目标。
4、小组合作探究学习:增强了交流的必要性,推动了学生的进一步合作交流。
5、不足之处:新内容引入和操练的时间稍少,有些步骤匆忙,练习不够充分。在今后的教学当中要注意教学形式和方法的多样性,增强时间分配的合理性。
