1 Loading:

If we want to make a kind of food what should we do first
2 Presentation:
The answer is to find instructions.
Learn new words of instructions by real objects and some pictures , listen to the tape and find out the correct order of the instructions.
3 Practice:
Students watch the screen to fill in the blanks and tell the process of making a banana milk shake together. Help them to understand words first, then, next and finally.
4 Let’s have a competition!(Group work and do milk shake)
Have a competition among groups. Students of each group discuss the process. Which group can finish first, they will have chance to come and make some milk shake for us.
5 Practice:
Fill in the blacks with the words from the box. Show them another kind of western food---fruit salad.
Practice how much... and how many...
6 Listening
Present how to make fruit salad. Talk about the ingredients and the amount. Then students listen to the conversations and fill in the two charts.
7 Do it yourselves !(Group work)
Students work in groups. Make fruit salad within five minutes. Then talk about their salad. While they are making, give them some help if they need.

8 Homework:
Ask students to make a special meal for their parents to thank them and write down how to make it.
