1.课程标准相关要求(1)、帮助学生打好听说能力的基础,能进行有效的阅读,形成良好的学习习惯和一定的自主学习能力,为学生进一步学习和终生学习创造条件。同时,增强学生的文化意识和爱国精神。。(2)、将知识学习与技能发展融入主题和语言运用中,侧重培养学生的读写能力,综合运用语言能力和学习策略,促进英语思维品质形成,引导学生学会学习。
2.教材分析
该话题是初中英语学习九年级下册的第一个话题,此话题以国内风景名胜和历史文化为主题,让学生运用定语从句描述自己熟悉的风景名胜。主要涉及与其相关的词汇与交际用语,涉及的语法主要为定语从句。3.学情分析我所教的班级是农村初级中学的普通班,大多学只有上了初中才开始学英语。由于学生的基础相当薄弱,水平不一,所以我在教学的过程中会尽量让教材更简单,更有趣,尽量让所有学生都参与到活动中来。九年级的学生学习任务重,压力大。因此更加需要教师在课堂上运用生动活泼,形式多样的教学手段来激发学生的学习兴趣,并在教学中培养学生的自学习惯。
目标(teaching aims)
to read and know the key words and important phrases and sentences. 2. to express the places of interest and history.
3.to train ability of reading . discuss and answer the questions.
评价任务
1.Find out and remember the key words, phrases and sentences. 2.talk with group members and share with classmates. 3.Answer the questions, choose the best answers.
教学过程(Teaching procedure)
Stage 1. Revision
Step1.Show some pictures about Chongqing.
Step 2. Ask and answer.
Questions: Where did you go this summer holidays Give students some time to discuss. The purpose is to help
students review the trip. At the same time know the new words well
Stage 2.Pre- reading
The purpose of this reading is to guess the content of the dialogue and help them know the meanings of the new words and phrases.
Step 1. Use the pictures and answer the questions (1).Where did you go this summer holidays (2).what do you think of it
Stage3.While-reading
Step1.Read the dialogue and finish the exercises. Step2. Check the answers.
Step3.Let them find the key phrases and make some sentences
with them.
Step4. Read it again and find out the key sentences. Step5. Explain the sentences.
Step6.Play the tape and then read after it. Tage4.Post-reading
Step1.Disscuss them with partners and finish 1b, and then
check the answers.
Step2.Let students act out the dialogue in front of theclass. Step3.Talk about a place of interest that he visited, then share
