Analysis of the content
This section is mainly about the advantages and disadvantages about TV. Teacher can guide the students to generalize the title, skim the text, sum up the topic sentences and the main idea and so on to develop their reading ability.

Step 1
(Pre-reading) Leading in
1.The teacher shows the pictures about TV programs and let students guess what kind of TV program is.Such as the pictures of CCTV news,TV plays, sports shows and so on.
1.(Students are divided into 8 groups to make a competition )
Each group tries to give the first answer. (If the answer is wrong, others from different groups can have a chance to give the first answer.)
