1.掌握有关病情的短语: have a headache、have a cough、have a cold.
2.掌握询问他人怎么了的句型:What’s wrong with you /What’s the matter with you
3.能根据病情提合适的建议: You’d better.../You should... You’d better not.../You should not...
教学过程:
Step 1.Warming up.
Step 2.Review(复习work in pairs中的单词、句型。)
1.快速反应游戏。 PPT中快速闪现work in pairs中的单词、句型,学生快速说出屏幕上出现的单词、句型。(通过快速反应游戏,让学生迅速进入到英语情境中,在快速说单词、句型过程中复习已学过的知识)
2.填空练习。
(1)PPT中出现饥饿的图片,学生填空I feel_______,根据面包的图片提建议You’d better_________ (2)PPT中出现累的图片,学生填空I feel_______,根据休息的图片提建议You’d better_________ (3)PPT中出现口渴的图片,学生填空I feel_______,根据喝水的图片提建议You’d better_________ (4)PPT中出现不舒服的图片,学生填空I feel_______,根据图片提建议You’d better not_________
Step 3.Presentation
1.Let’s sing a song. What’s wrong with you,Gogo?(在歌词中感知新句型What’s wrong with you?以及表示病症的短语)
2.Today I bring you a new friend, look! Do you know him (出示图片,卡通人物阿狸正在哭)Is he happy . (指着阿狸)What’s wrong with you? Let’s ask together.指着课题引导学生问What’s wrong with you?开火车问”What’s wrong with you?出示其同义句What’s the matter with you 教读后,点名小组齐读、男女生读。2.(阿狸头疼图片)指着阿狸,What’s the matter (点课件听声音)学生认真听,并重复听到的内容I have a headache. (1)教读headache,通过复习bread中ea的发音,过渡到head、headache的学习,带领学生拼写单词headache. (2)学习短语have a headache.开火车读。 (3)ask and answer one by one. A:What’s wrong with you? B:I have a headache。并在回答后问C生What’s wrong with you?以此类推,以一竖排为一组,依次练习。
3.(阿狸咳嗽图片)Look, what’s wrong with you? (点课件听声音)学生认真听,并重复听到的内容I have a cough. (1)学习短语have a cough.男女生读、点名读。 (2)ask and answer one by one. A:What’s wrong with you? B:I have a cough。并在回答后问C生What’s wrong with you?以此类推,以一竖排为一组,依次练习。
4.(阿狸感冒图片)Look,what’s wrong with you?(点课件听声音)学生认真听,并重复听到的内容I have a cold (1)学习短语have a cold.男女生读、点名读。 (2)ask and answer one by one. A:What’s wrong with you? B:I have a cold。并在回答后问C生What’s wrong with you?以此类推,以一竖排为一组,依次练习。
5.巩固练习。 (1)Game:跟读陷阱 (练习have a headache、have a cough、have a cold) 老师读对时跟读,老师读错时,大声说出正确读音。 (2)Let’s sing.用蜗牛与黄鹂鸟的曲调唱 matter, matter, what's the matter matter, matter, what's the matter headache, headache, I have a headache. headache, headache, I have a headache. matter, matter, what's the matter matter, matter, what's the matter cough, cough, I have a cough. cough, cough,I have a cough. matter, matter, what's the matter matter, matter, what's the matter cold, cold,I have a cold. cold, cold,I have a cold.

6.学习如何提合适的建议
(1)PPT出示头疼图片,引导学生说出 -What’s wrong with you -I have a headache. 出示看医生图片,学习短语see a doctor,引导学生将work in pairs 中的句型You’d better...用进来,You’d better see a doctor.并出示其同义句You should see a doctor.强调You’d better...可用You should...替换。
(2)PPT出示咳嗽图片,引导学生说出-What’s wrong with you -I have a cough. 出示吃药图片,学习短语take some medicine,引导学生提建议You’d better take some medicine.及其同义句You should take some medicine。
(3)PPT出示感冒图片,引导学生说出-What’s wrong with you -I have a cold. 出示卧床休息图片,学习短语stay in bed,引导学生提建议You’d better stay in bed.及其同义句You should stay in bed。
7.巩固练习。 Work in pairs ,对话练习、 -What’s wrong with you /What’s the matter with you -I have a ... -You ‘d better.../You should...
Step 4.创设情境,阿狸生病了需要到到医院,但到医院的路上有几个挑战要通过,才能帮助阿狸顺利到达医院,你愿意帮助阿狸通过挑战到达医院吗?
(1)挑战一:打地鼠。 每个地鼠下面有一个短语,点名生选择一个地鼠,鼠标点击后出现短语,学生读出短语。 第一关通过,PPT显示阿狸向医院进一步,并在说“thank you,我还需要你的帮助,继续加油。”
( 2 )挑战二:Magic eyes. What’s missing PPT上显示四张图片,都为本节课所学的短语,先带着学生看到图片说出相应短语,图片快速移动,会有一张图片在移动过程中消失,学生快速说出消失的那张图片对应的短语。 第二关通过,PPT显示阿狸接近终点医院,并在说“thank you,马上到医院了,再接再厉哦。”
(3)挑战三:终极挑战。 PPT显示几组题,点名学生选择其中一个题号,每个题号对应一个该节课的课后巩固练习题,学生在选择答题过程中巩固本节课所学内容。 三个挑战结束,PPT显示阿狸到达医院,并在说“Thank you!你真棒!”
Step 5 sum-up 引导学生自己总结本节课所学到的知识。
