课后反思
我所教的学校是一所农村学校,这个八年级的学生可以说是一年一年大浪淘沙似得剩下的不多的孩子。刚一开始用英语教学简直就是失败,不仅让学生听不懂,而且还让学生有了想放弃英语的想法。后来我慢慢的英汉交叉,并且上课时还要降低授课难度。如果课标要求的是100,那我给我们的学生定的标准就是60。这节课失败的地方就是我放弃了部分汉语指令性语言,导致很多学生不明确我的任务。农村的孩子比较腼腆,面对摄像头,在没有100%确定是正确答案的时候,他们都一律选择不说,这也是因为我给的鼓励不够。以后我要多鼓励孩子们,让他们知道自己一样可以做的很好。
