Lesson 15: Jenny Goes to the city
一、教学目标:
1.知识与技能目标:学生听懂并掌握Where are you going 回答:to the grocery store 及短语:drive a car, ride a bicycle, stay home.
2.过程与方法目标:在教学过程中引导学生体验、实践、合作和总结知识要点,充分培养他们的合作学习精神和自主学习的能力,促进学生的实践能力和创新思维的发展。
3、情感态度价值观目标:通过多样的游戏和活动,使学生在一个个具体的、可以实现的任务驱动下体验快乐和成功,激发学生学习英语的热情,培养运用语言进行交际的能力。鼓励学生之间的合作并能互相帮助。
二、教学重点:Where are you going
教学难点:Where are you going 的回答to the 地方to do sth.
三、教具、学具:自行车,购物袋,新裙子、冰激凌盒。
教学过程:
一. class opening and review.
问候:
Sing a song.
Play the audiotape and with the actions.
操练:
Review the student let’s go to the to . for example, write the structure on the blackboard and hold up pictures, or point to signs, to help the students fill the blanks.(活跃课堂气氛,激发学生学习的兴趣。)
For example:
T: let’s go to the … S: … restaurant …
T: …to S: …eat
2、新授:Where are you going
教师推着自行车,拿着购物袋,装作去购物,让一学习好的同学问。
S1: Where are you going
T: To the market(去市场),I want to buy some vegetables.(我想买些蔬菜)重复对话几遍,充分调动学生的积极性,体现学生学习的主动性。
3、找几个同学做对话练习。(给学生提供应用与展示的机会,并要求其他学生认真倾听,学习他人的优点。)
T: Where are you going
S1: to the shop. I want to buy a new dress.
T: Where are you going
S2: to the grocery store. I want to buy some ice cream.
4、学生分组练习对话Where are you going (利用学生手中的学具,自编对话,培养学生的创造能力。)

S6:to the restaurant. I want to buy some food.
5、听录音,学生跟录音朗读课文。
6、学习What are they doing
根据书中图画进行问答练习。

LESSON 14: Month of the year

(一)教学要点
一、教学目标:
知识与技能:要求学生练习说和写,并能口头应答一年中各个月份以及和气候有关的基本词汇。
过程与方法:使学生能够利用所学词汇讨论一年中的月份和天气情况,进行简单的交流。
情感态度价值观:通过探究、体验、合作等途径,使学生参与其中,乐于学习。
二、教学重点:一年中各个月份以及和气候有关的基本词汇。
三、教学难点:某些词汇的音形义的记忆。如:January, February, September, November, December的形音和sunny, windy, cloudy, rainy, snowy的意思不能混淆。
(二)课前准备(教具、学具)
磁带、录音机、卡片、中国地图教具 、日历、一些实物。
(三)教学过程
一.Class Opening and Review

2.Song:“If your happy and you know it )
(根据学生情况,本节可也可分为两课时处理)
二.New Concepts
1.January,February,March,April,May,June,July,August,September,October,November,December
Show how
Write today’s date on the blackboard in both English and Chinese. Point out that English and Chinese order dates differently. For English, the order is usually month, day, year.
Play the audiotape. As the speaker says the names of the months in English, hold up the corresponding vocabulary cards. Play the audiotape again.
Practise:
The teacher point to the picture and the class read the words quickly.
The teacher shows the picture quickly and the class guess.
Draw
Ask the students to find partners and draw a picture on each piece of paper that can stand for the months. For example, they could draw a picture of the Spring Festival for February.
2. Sunny,windy,cloudy,rainy,snowy,cold,hot.

T :How do I feel (动作表现出冷)
S: You feel cold .
T : How do I feel (动作表现出热)
S: You feel hot.
(教师出示不同气候的卡片,引出新单词Sunny,windy,cloudy,rainy,snowy)

Game
五名同学到前面来分别扮演五种天气,另外,请一名同学蒙上眼睛,当音乐响起时,开始转到,音乐停止时,转动的五名学生,其中一名用手点一下中间的同学,然后猜猜猜。

一、教学目的与要求:
1. 知识与技能:学生能够运用和认识下列词汇:mall, grocery store;能够理解并能口头运用下列句子:Where does a ____ work A _____ works in a_____。培养学生口语表达能力。
2. 过程与方法:通过在教学过程中引导学生体验、实践、合作和总结知识要点,促进学生的实践能力和创新思维的发展。
3. 情感态度与价值观:在教学过程中尽最大力量为学生营造宽松、民主、和谐、娱乐的课堂氛围。通过较多的师生、生生之间的角色表演来培养学生交流真情实感的能力,促使灵活的语言运用。同时也不断让学生体验到成功的喜悦,充分树立他们的自信心,激发他们的学习积极性。

4.作游戏“CHARADES”(变化形式)
让一些自告奋勇的学生分别模仿他们能用英语说出的职业(可以是任何职业)。让全班猜这种职业,并用英语说出。如果大家都猜不出,表演者自己给出答案(I’m a________.)。
二)学习新课

(1)打《开教科书》:L13 N1.
讨论这些照片并问学生们是否能用英语说出图画上有些东西的名字(如:shop, man, woman, clerk, vegetables, fruit).边指照片边和学生一起读几遍单词mall和grocery store.
(2)播放录音,让学生看书跟读。

① 作游戏“WHISPER”(变化形式)。
告诉学生他们将做一个有关职业的游戏。教师在某人的耳边轻声说出某种职业,这个人必须走到他或她的“工作地点”(教室里相应的图表下)然后模仿这种职业的动作。
② 带领学生就每种职业进行对话:
