教学过程
1、greetings
当学生进入教室时向他们问好。唱let’s take a picture，you and me这首歌。复习到目前为止所学的内容。看看关于北京学生能说些什么。关于故宫博物馆呢？Jenny 和 Danny 看见公园里的人们正在做些什么呢？
教师假装拍照，问：
What am I doing ？
学生：
Taking a picture 。
2、presentation
课本P26 ，告诉他们，今天将要学习世界奇观——长城。他们还会学到在城市中行走需要遵守的安全规则。新 课 标 第 一 网
(1)on the great wall
a、Open your book to P26 ,part 1 .
问：what is this ？
What are they doing ？
b、播放录音，学生看书跟读。
c、师生师范对话。
d、找学生朗读对话。
(2)on the way back
A、用词汇卡片教授单词：
feel、tired、stop、wait、afraid 。
展示每一张卡片并说出单词，同时做出相应的动作。在黑板上用大个字母写出这些单词，并大声朗读。指着每一个单词，找学生朗读。
B、播放录音，学生跟读。
C、演示：
用动作演示tired ，教师可以假装打一个哈欠，用手捂住嘴。当这个动作的时候，说：I am tired 。让学生重复这个句子。
同样的方式讲授其他单词。
D、练习
让每个小组做一个标识牌，并写上下面的某个句子：
Be careful when you across the street .
Wait at the traffic lights .
Stop and look before you cross the street .
(3)let’s do it .
A、两人进行活动。课本P27 第一个活动，向学生解释活动要求，让学生阅读课文第一部分，第二部分，然后轮流就着五个问题进行回答。
B、look and write
观察图片，运用图片中的信息将图下的四句话中的单词补充完整。新 课 标 第 一 网
C、talk more about Beijing
利用27页下方的内容，讨论这四幅图。学生可以利用这些图片来谈论北京更多的情况。
