In the beginning, the world was filled with darkness. God said there should be light on Earth, so he created the light. Light became the day, and dark became the night. However, light not only exists during the day, but it lives in everyone’s hearts.
There is a light called selflessness. It comes from a little candle. Although it may become smaller and smaller, it is not until it burns away to nothing that it disappears.
There is a light called dreams. It’s from a matchstick. Do you remember the poor little girl from the fairy tale who sold matchsticks on Christmas Eve Once the matchstick burnt away, everything would disappear. Although it was only a wonderful dream, it left a beautiful memory for the little girl.
There is a light called hope. It comes from a lamp that lives in people’s hearts. When you have troubles, you may be very upset and disappointed, and you may even want to give up and hide away. However, you might read an encouraging story or hear some warm words, and just like that, a lamp suddenly lights up your world. You will find that hope is right in front of you!21世纪教育网
Because of light, the world is full of brightness. Corners are not dark anymore. As long as you always have light in your heart, your life will be hopeful and bright.
