春天终于到了！一个高高的翠绿色“怪物”在树林中神秘出现，令从冬眠中苏醒的动物们不知所措。此时，酷劲十足的浣熊RJ来到树林告诉动物们，这个“怪物”叫篱笆。在尝过了RJ带来的美食后，蠢蠢欲动的动物们开始策划起篱笆墙外的城市探险之旅。而虎视眈眈的人类也将全副武装来消灭这些树林英雄们……
这部动画作品相当野心勃勃，其全明星阵容几乎耀眼到了让人不敢相信的地步。首先是导演和制片，本片的两位导演Tim Johnson和Karey Kirkpatric都是动画业的精英，前者的代表作是《小蚁雄兵》，后者则为《小鸡快跑》写过剧本。
其次，电脑制作小组也是人才济济，集聚了《史瑞克》和《马达加斯加》的主要创作人员；最后最让人瞠目结舌的是本片的明星配音阵容。

[ 写作点评 ] My Tour in Morocco
My day in Africa was one I’ll never forget. I toured the city of Morocco —the land of mystery. I expected to see some wonderful sights, but something unexpected made me remember it forever.
As I boarded the ship that was to take me across the Mediterranean Sea to the northern shores of Morocco, I was excited. The boat ride took only about 45 minutes. Our tour bus drove to Tétouan , one of the major cities in Morocco. There, I had my first "real"glimpse of Morocco. What I saw shocked me. People appeared in their doorways and stared at us curiously. Children in dirty clothes played in the trash. I wondered if they knew McDonald’s or Spider Man. To my surprise, I always saw smiles on their faces.
As I boarded the bus, I looked back at all the people, some of them children, and thought about how difficult it must be to have to go through hardships every single day. At that time, I began to realize that life might be totally different in other parts of the world. However, no matter how hard life was, people could lead it happily in their own way
