Step 1 Revision and Lead in
1. Review some interesting things about these animals.
2. Translate some phrases.
3. Review some amazing things about goldfish, and some language points.
Step 2 The pronunciation of ‘-ed’
1.在浊辅音后加ed 读 /d/
2.在元音后加ed 读 /d/
3.在清辅音后加ed 读 /t/
4.在/t/ /d/后加ed 读 /Id/
Step 3 Listen and Practice
1. Listen and finish part B on page 72.
2. Give some words with the ending ‘-ed and write /t/ /d/ /Id/ in the blanks.
3. Millie and Kitty met up with Sandy outside a museum. Listen to their conversation. Pay attention to the pronunciation of the‘-ed’endings.
4. Pick out some language points in their conversation.
5. Students do it, teacher check their answers.
6. Students read these words together.
