教材分析
本单元语言训练重点是描述动物的外貌特征、生活习性以及人对动物的简单评价。语法是用英语表示名词类别，why what where引导的特殊疑问句和一般现在时态的灵活运用。本单元的话题是：Animals in a zoo。以谈论Animals in a zoo为话题来引出why what where引导的特殊疑问句巩固一般现在时态。而SectionB则是通过对保护大象的文章学习来将SectionA部分的学习内容贯穿始终，并提高学生的保护动物的意识。全部对话和短文都围绕着这一话题把各项大小任务贯穿起来，通过这些任务的完成，让本单元的教学达到预设目标。
教学反思
本课设计范围是六年级下册Unit7 SectionB 2a-2c 部分的学习。这一单元学习动物，学生都比较感兴趣。但如何能让学生的兴趣渗透并坚持到复杂课文的学习，是我主要考虑的内容。从开始的照片引入，让学生猜测照片上的学生来自哪里以及他们想保护什么，引入文章的学习。通过
对阅读策略在阅读文章中的使用，给学生提供实用的阅读技巧。同时，在阅读过程中，我设计的学习任务都是围绕快读、详读。最后通过写作，进行学生语言学习的输出环节。感觉学困生在这个环节会有一定的困难，所以我设计要求学生书写内容不需要太多，这样可以有效的降低学习的难度。但自我感觉，整堂课由于大多数视频资源只找到了中文的，英文的没有特别合适的，所以这一点感觉比较遗憾。同时，希望在以后的课堂设计中能够让绝大多数学生都能够参与到课堂学习中来，感受到小组合作的乐趣及高效。
