Module 4 Unit 5 Theme parks
一、教学思路
通过重现“单词—词块—句子—段落—篇章”，由浅入深地对文章进行复习，从而达到巩固基础词汇含义、掌握重点词汇用法、指导学生写作的目的。
二、教学目标
1． 复习语言知识
①. 重点词汇 （vocabulary）:
theme, various, cartoon, whichever, fantasy, amusement, swing, attraction, wherever, unique, engine, sunlight; brochure
②. 重点短语 (phrases):
no wonder; be modeled after; in advance; come to life
③. 语法 （Grammar）:compound words; prefixes; suffixes:
various, -ever 构成的合成词
2. 教学重点：
① 帮助学生熟悉并掌握部分重要单词、短语的运用。
② 通过对构词法的学习了解词性、推断词义。
③ 分析文章是如何建立句子与句子之间、段落与段落之间紧密联系的，形成学生们在写作时要注重语篇逻辑严密、衔接紧凑的意识。
3. 教学难点：
① 将文章中起导入、承接、总结作用的句子归纳后，要求学生指出这些句子的作用。
② 最后一个环节要求学生指出所给作文的不足之处，并对作文加以修改。
三、教学步骤：

Some pictures are given to help Ss recall what they learned in this Unit, esp. the words：cartoon character, roller coaster, swing, parade, ancient, joust, attractions, amusement, etc.

Change the form of the words given by adding suffixes or prefixes.
step3. Listening
Listen to a news report about Shanghai Disneyland to help Ss consolidate several words connected with the topic.
step4. Enjoy the sentences from the text (language points)
