以12月25日的快乐大本营中的“表情帝”杨迪的表演引入，通过What do you think of his performance? （funny, entertaining, etc.）引出本单元的话题humour.
复习types of humour 并总结其共同点—make people laugh/ happy/ entertained …, 并引导学生使用Reading第一段中“Laughter is the sun that drives winter from the human face.”及词组feel content with.
Step 2 Revision
借助CCTV4模仿秀（copy show）的形式，通过新的语料反复操练本单元常用词汇，了解并掌握人物简介的写作方法。
1）Copy Show in CCTV 4 （Theme：English & Chinese Humour）
Rules:
Prepare part of a typical performance of the comedian you want to copy.
Prepare a brief introduction of the comedian.

Like so many others, the little tramp and his friend have rushed there in search of gold, but without success. Instead they are caught in a snowstorm with nothing to eat. They are so hungry that they try boiling a pair of leather shoes for their dinner. Charlie first picks out the laces and eats them as if they were spaghetti. Then he cuts off the leather top of the shoe as if it were the finest steak. Finally he tries cutting and chewing the bottom of the shoe. He eats each mouthful with great enjoyment. The acting is so convincing that it makes you believe that it is one of the best meals he has ever tasted.

Throughout the meal he seemed to enjoy each mouthful with great enjoyment. His acting was so convincing that when he finished eating his dinner, the waiter offered him the same dish again at no extra charge.
