语法是培养语言运用能力的基础，语法教学在外语教学中理所当然地要有它应有的地位，语法学习好不好会直接影响到整个英语学习。将枯燥的语法学习融入到生活中，让学生在真实语境中，完成学习任务的同时，体会、领悟和巩固所学知识。21教育网
本单元主要内容是学习如何谈论过去发生的事情，通过阅读，讨论，学会正确的使用when,before,as,by the time引导的时间状语从句表示过去发生的事情，并能准确地运用过去完成时态。一节课下来，学生能够积极主动地进行学习，并且掌握较好。
本节课前任务中，利用生动活泼的动画让学生学会枯燥的时态上，既活跃了课堂气氛，使学生尽快进入学习状态，又让学生在轻松愉快的氛围中不知不觉的学会了知识。
以后可以运用视频剪辑，可能效果更好。
在课堂任务中，注重听前，读前的问题设计，整节课环环相扣，学生在教师的引导下，通过实践、思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。
本课最大亮点之一就是对于语法知识的呈现：运用多媒体动画巧妙地设计把枯燥的语法活泼生动的呈现给学生，层层深入的完成新旧知识的衔接。学生在教师和多媒体的引导下，学习积极性很高涨，从课后的批改情况看，学生能够将语法知识学以致用，掌握很好。
