这次师徒捆绑式的英语教学对我来说确实是一次比较大的挑战。一遍遍地改教案，一遍遍地改课件，甚至全部推翻从来，为的就是让教案中的每一个环节流畅、创新；让每一张幻灯片精致完美，真算得上是从来没有过的“折磨”。经过师父一次次的指导，我一次次的纠正自己的错误，努力让课上的完美，我成长了很多，收获了很多。课前我做了很大的努力把课认真反复的背下来，虽然师父对这次的备课感觉还是比较满意和自信的，但是我也感觉的出其实师父比我更紧张。而师父越紧张，我的压力也就越大，生怕有任何一点的闪失，让师父失望。从来没有在这么大的场合上过公开课，心中一点底都没有。别的上课老师都是来自实验学校的 ，毕竟她们每天接触的学生不同，都参加过各种场合的公开课，而且次数也多，相比之下我很心虚，怕辜负了师父，压力好大。上课了我满脑子就是师父的那几句叮咛和背的教案中的要说的话，生怕说错一个字，多希望学生就能按照我的备课内容一步一步很顺的下来。 可是越担心，意外就越容易发生，明明学生已经会用句子表达描述圣诞节和春节了，而我却硬是想把学生拉到我预定的步骤中，“让学生回到解放前”（师父语），于是问题出来了。原本安排的这一步只有2-3分钟，结果为了让学生回到“原位”我竟花了10分钟。师父和同事在下面急得又是跺脚又是敲桌子，而我却忘了看时间，只是一心钻在“解放前”，当看到时间只剩10分钟了，心一急，思路全乱， 上午背好的台词全忘光，脑子一片空白，顺手拿起文本进入阅读环节。一看课件，完了，漏过了“一块大肥肉”（师父语），跳过就跳过吧，我得把剩下的上完。曾记得“快下课了，来不及是不可以拖课的，立刻把后面几步往前提，省掉一些，让大家都觉得有头有尾“所以我也就心安理得的省了这块”大肥肉”，反正我的话也说出去了， 做就做了吧。

后来，师父点评时，师父把所有的责任都揽过去了，这更让我自责。
教研员陈老师为我圆场，让我更无地自容，责备自己的无能。不管是师父的自我批评还是教研员陈老师、何老师的鼓励，一下子触动了我心中的伤痛，情不自禁，泪如雨下：我们海岛的老师难道就该呆在海岛永远没有出头之日了吗？不对，我们应该更加努力，更加有心去上好每一堂课，有这么好的师父在，我相信我会努力，我会有更大的进步的。有机会我还会去上公开课，一次会比一次好的。相信明天会更好的。我会成功的。
