课后反思:
能参加此次省优质课评比,我感到十分的荣幸。我把这次比赛当做对自己的一次锻炼。虽然上课过程中反映出来了许多的问题,但是收获很大。以下是我对这堂课的反思:
首先,作为一名英语教师要不断提高自身的素质。不仅是语言表达能力,语音的提高,词汇量的扩大,而且还要注重文化的学习。比如在上课过程中遇到了burger这个词,我很简单地把它理解为了hamburger。 这种错误要尽量避免再犯。
其次在词汇教学方面,努力尝试着在真实的语境中呈现单词,操练生词。但在这方面我做得太过分散,学生很难把握这堂课的重点单词、短语究竟是哪些。在板书上,原先设计好的重点单词一列,非四会的一列,但是写的时候太过随意,也不是很美观,这点有待改进。
对学生的估计方面我也没有做好。以前就知道备课不仅要备教材还要备学生。但是对于我来说对学生的了解太少导致一些设计没有课堂上没有体现到位。在备学生这一块也是我今后学习的方向。
在作业的布置上,虽然注意到了分层,但是由于对学生的不了解,这种分层显得没有意义。
我不知道学生在下课时掌握了多少东西,但是我知道这堂课我没有把每一分钟有效地利用起来。也许是自己教龄只有三年,课堂方面还不够成熟。在今后的教学工作中,我会不断学习,不断反思,努力提高自身的教学水平。

课后反思:
三天的比赛结束了,但是比赛带给我的震撼和感触却还一直在心里回荡,并且将会一直督促我今后的教学生涯。24小时备课的确很磨练人,拿到陌生的文本时心里不慌是假的,但是静下心来思考认真仔细的读了文本,虽然是一节听说课,但总感觉文本有阅读课的味道,在思考时也尽力的把今年浙江省的词汇教学主题融入进去。
整堂课我自认为学生较好的完成了目标语言的学习,同时整节课学生与我配合的很好,这让我很欣慰。但是课堂中也出现一些今后我需要改进的方面:
时间控制方面,在一开始的free talk方面我由于我太投入,学生又很配合,所以花的时间多了点,导致最后的follow up时间仓促而没有让学生输出,这个方面有些遗憾。
板书设计方面,在板书设计上,我虽然遵循了流动板书的原则,但是板书的美观程度还有待提高,这督促着我在今后的课堂中更加注重板书的设计。
整体设计方面,在目标篇章处理时,高度有所降低,如果在设计时能够将back to China放到文本处理之后可能会更好,这就要我去思考如何将过程的设计与新内容的导入设计得梯度增高。
作为一个踏上工作岗位三年的教师,我自知还有很多不足,在今后的教学生涯中,我会不断的自我加强,不断的向前辈学习,弥补自身不足,超越自我。认真、刻苦对待每节课!

情感目标: 能让学生通过对文本的学习,了解Brad 在过去所做过的事;结合文本中所出现的三种沟通方式,使学生了解更多便捷有效的沟通方式。
语言技能目标:能听懂教师对有关文本内容的提问,通过听力材料,寻找、整合相关信息,并能运用正确的语言表达自己的观点;通过教师设置的情景、提供的材料或语言素材及上下文信息进行词汇学习。

课后反思
成长=经验+反思
这次省优质课比赛的主题是“词汇教学”,这对参加选手和听课老师来说是一次理念上的提升,非常及时,非常必要。因为对一直以来,大家都在抱怨Go for it 教材内容多、生词多,学生课后花在记忆单词上的时间太多,这不仅影响了学生对英语语言的学习兴趣,并在一定程度上使教师忽视了对学生其他能力的培养,从而在一定程度上阻碍了拓展学生视野,激发学习兴趣,提高人文素养,提高他们综合的语言运用能力。
在这次备课中,我主要采用了以下几个方法帮助学生理解单词:
1.通过学生看图对物品的用处进行口头罗列,调出他们原有的单词库,帮助他们熟悉新单词,理解新单词。
2利用英语解释进行单词替换,以旧带新,让固有知识成为理解新单词的基础。
3.让学生对单词进行联想,利用词根、词缀等学习新单词,把它们放在句子中通过语境来进行理解,而不是孤立起来进行长篇大论的解释。
4利用图片进行直观的展示。
5.通过教师的语言描述、情景设置让学生在一定程度上对词汇进行有效猜测并安排相关环节进行拓展、训练。
6.在小组活动和个人活动时,都要求学生必须运用新的单词和句式来达到操练的目的。
通过以上这些方法,我希望学生循序渐进,在课后也能掌握一些重要的单词,从而扩大他们的单词量。
在具体的参与过程中深刻感受到:
1.24小时备课,对我们来说,这是一个痛苦的过程,是对教师的整体素质的一次考验,应该说是:痛苦并快乐着,因为这痛苦的过程能给你很多平日里得不到的经历。
2.“课堂”这一学习的场域,是在社会文化的情境制约之下,众多的学生与教师在展开各自活动的同时,进行着借助交互作用而产生影响的活动。可以说课堂教学的实效性、完美性很大程度上受制于教师的素质、学生学习的能动性、课堂教学的技艺。特别是英语学科对教师的素质要求相当高,教师的英语口语流利,就能给学生创设了良好的说的氛围,使学生在能够在轻松愉快的氛围中感受英语语言,体验英语语言,运用英语语言。
3.重视文化渗透是我们英语教师的职责,学习英语的过程也是了解西方文化的过程。
4.关注“自我评价”和“作业分层布置”。新课程的理念需要我们教师贯彻在课堂的每个细节中,在本堂课供给学生一张自我评价表,让学生对自己在本节课的表现进行自我评价,真正把学生当作学习的主体,培养他们自主学习的能力,反思能力,这对学生来说很有必要。作业的分层布置是把学习的主动权交还给学生,是对学生的一种尊重,体现因材施教的教育思想。
要上出一节真正的优质课,需要“十年磨一剑“的功夫。这需要教师的综合素质,教师的教学思想、教师的人格魅力、精湛的才艺技能与扎实的专业知识的同时展现。对于我来说,这是一次绝好的学习机会。

以communicating为线贯穿整堂课的各个环节,步骤清晰,结构合理。
在改错过程中穿插对文章具体信息的提问,并且形出了本课的主板书—Brad的英国之行。
板书以Brad的英国之行和交流的各种方式相结合,完整清楚,重点突出。
教学各步骤中铺垫充分,指令清楚。
词汇教学注重音,形,义结合,能在合适的语境下引出和操练新词汇。
不足之处:
没有很好地区分目标词汇与非目标词汇,对新词汇有点平均用力的感觉。
对于目标词汇的运用和落实做的还不够到位。
作业布置虽然有分层的设置,但是没有明确分层的要求,感觉是为了分层而分层。
