【教学目标】
知识目标:
(1)能听、说、认、读单词:space, travel, half, price.
(2)能听、说、读、写句子:Where are you going? We are going to the cinema. When are you going?并能在实际情境中运用。
(3)能听懂Let’s try部分的对话并完成练习。
2.能力目标:
能运用各种疑问句来询问他人,了解他人的活动安排。
3.情感目标:
培养学生合作学习的意识,帮助学生在完成任务的同时体验到英语学习的乐趣。
【教学重点】
能听、说、读、写句子:Where are you going? We are going to the cinema. When are you going?并能在实际情境中运用。
【教学难点】
能正确使用疑问词:when, where, what.
【教学方法】
小组合作学习法:通过小组合作学习,突破重难点,使生生互动成为课堂教学的有力助手。
引导点拨法:多媒体生动形象的引导点拨,让学生们快速接受新内容。
【教具准备】
多媒体课件、词卡、图片。
【教学过程】
Step1.Warm-up
师生问候.Hello, boys and girls. How are you? Who’s on duty today?
PPT2 Sing the song: What are you going to do?
Step2.Revision
PPT3 出示本单元所学词语图片,学生朗读并拼写。
PPT4-5 挑战记忆力。屏幕呈现九个图画和词语,学生在最短的时间内快速记忆,然后被遮盖,要求学生能按顺序说出与图片对应的词语并能拼写出来。将全班分为两个小组, 能拼写出最多的,顺序正确的,就是获胜小组。
接力活动:先由老师向一个学生发问,这个学生回答完后,继续问下一个同学。例如:
T:What are you going to buy in the bookstore?
S1:I’m going to buy a maths book. What are you going to do in the bookstore?
S2:I’m going to buy a comic book. What are you going to buy in the bookstore?
Step3.presentation and practice
1. PPT6 Let’s try.
T: John i son his way home. He sees Amy. Do you want to know what they are talking about? First let’s have a look at the questions.
让学生读问题,带着问题听录音,录音听两遍。学生根据录音内容答题。全班订正答案。把答案打在大屏幕上。
PPT7-11 Teach: space, travel.
T: Look at the picture. Where are you going?
S:I’m going to the cinema.
T:What are you going to do?
S:I’m going to see a film in the cinema.
T:It’s a film about space travel.
Follow me, please.教师领读单词。升降调领读。
展示几张太空之旅图片,并再次领读。
4. PPT12 Teach: lots of books about space. When are you going?
lots of=many about关于... When are you going?你什么时候去?
PPT13 Teach: Why not go on Tuesday?
Why not+动词原形 为什么不....?这是一种提建议的方法。
Why not play football with me?
Why not go to the cinema?
PPT14Teach:It’s half price then!那时是半价。
PPT15周二半价。
PPT16播放教学视频,全班学生静听。理解课文意思。
教师再次播放视频,每句一停顿,学生跟读。
学生自读课文,同桌相互读课文。
