结合照片与图片为学生提供运用语言的机会，强化操练本单元的重点词语和句子。要求学生熟练运用这些语言，提高学生在真实的生活场景中运用英语进行交际的能力。

通过各种活动照片或图片的交流，增强学生的学习兴趣，并增加生活乐趣。

PPT6—13播放课件，学习四会词语：the seventh month of the year, the eighth month of the year, the Party’s birthday, Army Day, July, August, month, year.引导学生边读边在练习本上书写。教师可以自己在黑板上边领读边写，也可以请几名同学到黑板上来写词语。
学生自己读词语。同桌二人相互读。
PPT14播放课本课件内容，再齐读词语和句子.
教师领读并书写句子：July is the seventh month of the year.
August is the eighth month of the year.学生边读边写。
PPT 15 展示打乱顺序的字母，引导学生根据读音规律，拼出July, August, month, year这四个词语，教师组织学生做拼读、背诵练习。
开展背诵比赛：教师让学生在规定的时间内背诵这些单词，教师检查每组组长的背诵情况，再由组长抽组员背，直至学生能根据读音完全背诵出单词，教师给背诵出色的小组加分奖励。

进行说chant的比赛，选出最优秀的同学来。
Step 5 Homework
书写本课四会词语和句子两遍并完成练习册的配套练习。
总结每个月份节日的表达，和同学之间相互谈论。
