(2). 要求听、说、读、写单词：September, October.
(3). 要求听、说、认读的句子是：September is the ninth month of the year．October is the tenth month of the year．并能在情景中进行交流。
(4). 字母组合old的发音规律。

结合照片与图片为学生提供运用语言的机会，强化操练本单元的重点词语和句子。要求学生熟练运用这些语言，提高学生在真实的生活场景中运用英语进行交际的能力。

New Year’s Day, Easter, Tree-Planting Day, Labour Day, Mother’s Day, Children’s Day, Father’s Day, Spring Festival, Teachers’ Day, National Day.
Step3.presentation and practice
PPT6—11播放课件，学习四会词语：the ninth month of the year, the tenth month of the year, Teachers’ Day, National Day, September, October.引导学生边读边在练习本上书写。教师可以自己在黑板上边领读边写，也可以请几名同学到黑板上来写词语。
学生自己读词语。同桌二人相互读。
PPT12播放课本课件内容，再齐读词语和句子.
教师领读并书写句子：September is the ninth month of the year．
October is the tenth month of the year．学生边读边写。
PPT 13 展示打乱顺序的字母，引导学生根据读音规律，拼出September, October,这两个词语，教师组织学生做拼读、背诵练习。
PPT 14出示图片并拼写词语：
September 10th : Teachers’ Day October 1st : National Day
开展背诵比赛：教师让学生在规定的时间内背诵这些单词，教师检查每组组长的背诵情况，再由组长抽组员背，直至学生能根据读音完全背诵出单词，教师给背诵出色的小组加分奖励。

同桌二人为一组，用课前准备好的图片或照片进行对话交流活动。

PPT17播放课件Let’s chant.学生听并初步感知字母组合的读音。
